Raul and his team gave me that perfectly smooth experience you hope for when entrusting the condition of your vehicle with somebody. The process was top notch from all aspects....friendly and respectful customer service, strong communication and follow up, extremely timely execution, and wonderfully pristine work. Thank you Raul and Gerber for the A+ service!

I was very, very happy with my experience with the Gerber Collision & Glass shop on Estes in Schaumburg, IL. When the car was towed into their shop, my car was in sad shape. There was a ton of damage on the passenger side of my 2015 Honda Accord. Thanks to Darryl, Matt & their crew, my car was returned to me as though it was a brand new car all together. They did a remarkable job! My car looks amazing! I'm beyond thrilled to have my car back, and I'm so very grateful to them for all their hard work!!!

Repairs were handled very professionally. i was kept in the loop on the repairs . everything was explained to me very clearly. the repairs are great. car looks new. The extra bonus was the car was washed & cleaned inside as well. my car was in desperate need of a vacuuming . I thank them for that. I would recommend this shop & if need be I would return.

From start to finish, the estimate, promised completion time, the repairs, the finished work, the whole experience was courteous and professional and done in a very timely manner. The completed job was excellent, couldn't even tell I had been hit.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars this place is amazing! I came in after getting rear-ended the second time in 6 weeks. I got an estimate and then dropped my car off first thing in the morning one day the following week. When they took the bumper off there was a few more problems internally with the car. They ordered the parts, they arrived that day, installed them and even washed it and I picked it up the same day!! The same day!!! Unbelievable!! Plus everyone was very kind and courteous and called me to update me on my car. I wish I had taken my car here the first time I got rear-ended!! Hopefully I don't get rear-ended again but if I do this is where I'm going and I'm telling all my friends to go too!!! Awesome job and thank you for everything!
