Car was fixed perfectly. The ladies at the counter were friendly. I worked with Drew who is extremely professional and knowledgable. He explained in detail what needed to be done and checked the car personally to make sure the damage was corrected. I was sure the work would be done well after speaking with him. The car was delivered when promised and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

These people were fabulous from the first time I showed up to when my car was done. I came there on recommendation from a friend who had work done. I originally went to my dealer and they seemed to not want my business and wanted to charge me for an estimate! They were super professional and polite the whole time. Kelly, Drew and Jesus are the reason to bring your vehicle there. They did a fabulous job on my vehicle and cleaned it inside and out! I definitely will recommend this shop.

When I was there, I was in and out in a timely manner. My car was returned to me in better shape than I left it. The Quality of work and customer service exceeds in every way at Gerber highland park . I knew I made the right choice by bringing my car back for repairs from the moment I was given the estimate. The Service writer Jesus D. exceeded the bar of customer service and knowledge . He stood by his Team as he mentioned and gave me a time frame of repairs which I didn't believe until the status calls made out confirmed it, he walked me threw every step and I was impressed by the great communication.
