I came in for an estimate on a Saturday shortly before closing. Jesus greeted me with a smile and efficiently "got the ball rolling". He felt the car was not safe for night driving and quickly got me a loaner to drive. Later that day, he emailed me an estimate and the repair has already been initiated. This is "out-of-the-box" service. Jesus, is dedicated, intelligent, and understands customer service. Simply, repairing my car has be an effortless process thanks to Jesus.

I've been to Gerber in Highland Park twice and both times they did an excellent job. The estimator Diane that helped was very polite and did a great job explaining everything. I will defiantly bring my car back to Gerber for any needs that I have in the future.

Our experience at Gerber was very positive. Jesse at the Highland Park shop was very helpful and accomodating. The repairs were completed early and when we arrived, they had also fixed a light that was not attached, cleaned our headlights, and fixed a small area that was not part of the original repair. For us, it became an even better experience when a couple of days later, our windshield seal became unattached. My son brought the car in to ask for an estimate and Gerber immediately did a quick repair on it (within 15 minutes) and reattached the light they had originally reattached as it was not holding as expected. These items were not part of the original repair and the effort to go above and beyond was deeply appreciated. Thank you to Jesse and the rest of the staff at the Highland Park Gerber location.

I had a very pleasant experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland Park, IL, from start to finish! I came in for a front bumper repair that involved fixing breaks, cracks, refinishing, and repainting. Being an automotive paint detailer by trade, I am very picky with the cleanliness of work. The team at Gerber more than surpassed my standard! The paint on my BMW is not the easiest to match, but they excelled with a factory-like finish! Everyone at Gerber was very warming and hospitable. Throughout the whole repair process, Matt, the Assistant General Manager, kept me updated with regular updates through text messages. Customer service is Highland parks number one priority as I just witnessed . Repairs were handled by Mr D. a great person to deal with. Frt staff as lovely as can be helpful in everyway . Came to pick up my car and it had rained a bit before gettimg there Mr D. pulled my car in and washed and dried it . This store tops any auto repair experience I have ever had in my many years. Excellent work performed on my vehicle. I has two different repairs done at the same time which I thought would extend the days of repair drastically, but it didn't. jesse my estimator made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle with Gerber. Great customer service was given by Jesse and the frt office staff . Beyond great work done by the repair techs.

I want to say, that although not happy that I had to get extensive body work done to my car, the service at Gerber was fantastic. They make everything so easy from the time of estimate to picking up the car. Jesse D. was attentive and gave me an extra surprise. My sideview mirror which was not part of my damage was painted at no extra cost!!!!! Your rent a car is waiting when you get here and you leave here when picking up the car. My car looks just like new! If you need any body work done to your car, I highly recommend Gerber.
