I stopped in for an estimate on a minor repair and was able to have it taken care of while I waited. I was absolutely blown away by the friendly service and attention displayed by Diane M. and the staff at Highland Park. This was my first visit to Gerber and should the situation arise again, it will be my immediate choice for any repair needs. They were fantastic.

I am amazed at the outstanding service I have received at Gerber. The staff is young and energetic, well-mannered and well-informed, and very professional. I get the sense that this may be the first or second job for many of the staff members yet they all handle themselves and their business with tip-top professionalism. When I picked up my car today, the front desk attendant was aware of what service had been done, the staff member who oversaw the work quickly showed up to accompany me to my car, and when I got to my car - out of nowhere appeared the staff member I had originally dealt with when I checked in. The employees at this site are A+ , work well together, and make the entire customer satisfaction experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

Great service and communication. Brought my car in late weds and rcvd a text early Friday morning my car was ready. Looked great! Great Job! The shop did a great job, they handle the insurance for me, provided rental basically i didn't have to do anything at all. The car looks like new! the work was done in a timely manner, i was provided regularly with the updates in regards to my car from both Jesse and Rob.
