Due to a collision, the back gate and right rear side of my SUV had to be replaced and fixed. I arrived at Gerber and they had a rental car ready for me. Everything was arranged so that I would have minimal inconvenience. A few hours later Gerber called to provide an estimate of the cost to repair my car. They told me that my car would be ready for pickup in about two weeks. I was called by Gerber when the car was ready for pickup a few days earlier than expected. I drove to Gerber, dropped off the rental and picked up my car. Upon pickup I was taken to my car and explained the repairs and given the paperwork itemizing them. The staff were professional and the job done was very good. I am happy with the repairs and would recommend Gerber to others.

He explained repairs numerous time and I felt his knowledge was the key ticket to having my car done again . Everything went so smoothly I was so happy. When does that ever happen?! Tricia P. was so kind and she kept me updated on the progress. I have to tell you that the first body shop I went to I left because I got a very bad feeling. I am so glad I came to Gerber in Highland Park. They vacuumed my car and cleaned the mats and the car was just BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you very much, perfect job.

I must admit my initial opinion for the repairs would not have been positive but many THANKS to Jesse D. who took notice of my dissatisfaction and frustration. He took ownership for my repair job even though it wasn't originally his repair to oversee. Thanks to Jesse's thorough evaluation of my repairs and his patience with me as I wasn't the easiest customer to satisfy. Jesse demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and for that reason alone I would recommend this repairs shop. Oh the Lifetime Guarantee is also a definite plus.
