Jesus D. wrote the estimate, explained it, and when my truck was brought in for service he said that that it would take one to two days to complete; I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Jesus D. and the office staff were very courteous and helpful. This is the 2nd time I've used Gerber and would use them again in the future. I will recommend Gerber.

Kelly did a great job keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car. She made sure that my car was ready and personally made sure that despite the auto parts store sending the wrong parts she had it ready to go before originally promised. She had great personal service and made it a very pleasurable experience despite the circumstances of having such a bad accident.

I was totally surprised by the kindness and great service provided by Gerber collision and Staff. Jesse was my service writer and he blew me away with the same day turn around. It felt as if I just dropped my Jeep Off and 20 mins later had a call to pick up . Vehicle was all washed up and Jesse even pointed out my drivers door had a bit of an alignment issue he had it adjusted and I thank him so much for the extra yard he took . GERBER IS TOP NOTCH ! ...

Received my vehicle one day earlier than expected. Stellar communication from the front office. They ensured a smooth delivery and repair of my vehicle. Staff made it super easy to coordinate between the opposing insurance and picking up of a rental vehicle. Drew and his staff ensured I had an easy transition to get my vehicle back to the way it used to be.
