I came in for an estimate because my bumper was sticking out but I didn't need an estimate after all because Diane the girl who was going to write the estimate had a worker come out and pop it back into place. I would come back to Gerber for work if I needed it, the staff there is wonderful.

The car looked great and it was in and out in no time. My contact at the shop was Diane & she was such a pleasure to work with. Kept me updated & even buffed out a scratch for me. I even brought back my other Honda to have an estimate and will repair that one soon too. I would defiantly recommend Gerber to friends and family.

I managed to go over some rough areas of an unpaved road (a Prius is not really an off road vehicle) and dislodged a guard underneath the front of the car. Not a disaster, but important. Jesse and Irving made this as easy as pie. The car was seen within about 5 minutes of arrival - not bad for a walk-in. Problem identified and repaired in about 15 - 20 minutes.Cost: FREE!!! Really. I will never go anywhere else for auto body or glass again! Thank you for your help. You have another loyal customer.

I thought the service was excellent, extremely friendly and thorough. They had a rental car ready for me which I didn't need and when I told them that they were great on understanding and not make me feel bad for the misunderstanding, the car looks great too!
