A wonderful experience! Through all the frustration and inconvenience of having an accident, these people were just great and kept me informed almost daily. I have never experienced service like this before. From the first day when the manager assisted me in making sure my car was safe to drive until the day I picked up my car from Mr. Krouse, the estimator, I received first class care. Jeff K. and the crew did a beautiful job on Reuben's car. I was pleased that I was kept aware of progress throughout, either by text message or by phone call. Everyone was friendly and courteous and Jeff took care of a couple of unrelated minor repairs that I asked him about. JEFF AND THE G.M. WAS VERY,VERY HELPFULL WITH EXPLAINING THEIR PROCEDURES. THEY CALLED TWICE. AND KEPT ME INFORMED ON THE PROGRESS OF THE REPAIRS. WHEN CAR WAS FINISHED, I VERY CAREFULLY CHECKED THE FINISHED JOB IT WAS PERFECT,AND LOOKED BRAND NEW THE DEALER DID SOME PAINTWORK ON IT 3 YRS. AGO. I had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey K., Estimator. He was very knowledgeable and particular speedy. I had been in 2 previous accidents before (not my fault, I might add), I have never been treated with so much respect as a customer and was kept well informed on the progress and got my car back before the promised date. In September 2014, I drove from Atlanta to visit my daughter in Phoenix, and then continue to California to get my son set up in college. While there, I needed to get my son's car repaired from an accident. USAA directed us to Gerber Collision in Glendale, AZ. By far, this was the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced from a business of any kind. Kent Francis was fabulous! Kent called us or sent a text daily to update us on the progress of the repair. He was honest, forthright and just a pleasure to work with! The car looked like new when we picked it up, and I know they went above and beyond what the necessary body work was by buffing out little scratches on the car. Jeff was the guy that helped me and he did an incredible job taking care of me. calling me back and making sure i was happy every step of the way. When i got my car back the paint was flawless and match led so well i could not tell the difference!!!! I highly recommend jeff and this location they do excellant work!!!
