We utilized Gerber Collision & Glass a few years ago and it's unfortunate that we had to pay them another visit BUT we went back to them because of their customer service. They provide excellent customer service all around. They provide friendly and professional services. Our experience with them has been great. Our car was side-swiped (which was deemed hit & run because the other driver never stopped) and of course left us with some damages on our car. We had Gerber take a look at our car and saved us a lot of money by buffing out the scratches for us at no charge. They saved us time and money in continuing with a claim through our insurance along with would-be added premiums in the future. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location for service. Every visit is even more satisfying. The customer service is excellent and I appreciate the alerts available along with the follow up calls. Even though I no longer live in the area, I will always go to this location for serive. They know how to take care of USAA customers!!

I had a very good experience with this shop. Jeff called me or emailed me with consistent updates on my car's progress. I was worried that my car wouldn't be the same once everything was repaired, and I was right. But that's because it feels better than before! It's like a brand new car again. I know that was cheesy but I am being honest. I am also especially thankful that they were able to fix the wire harness for my radio, because I have an aftermarket radio installed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, whether your insurance has an estimator there or not.
