Jefferey K. was a very professional guy, who knows what he is doingand very understanding. My front passenger door was damaged. Then a few days later after I put my car in for body work, my passenger door looks like it was brand new. I am very satisfied with the result of how my car turns out.

The damage to my Saturn was relatively minor and I initially was going to repair it myself. I'm glad I didn't. After researching how much parts, tools and supplies would cost, I may have saved $75 but would have had to wait for shipments to arrive by freight and the job I would have done wouldn't come close to the quality work done by Gerber. Friendly staff and quality work gets my recommendation.

From the time I met with Jeff K for an estimate until the car was delivered was outstanding. He was extremely cordial and helpful in all aspects of the claim. The repair was done exactly to his estimate and then the car was washed and cleaned inside. It was immaculate! What was done was so much more than we expected. I'm sure it was a team effort for which we are so appreciative! Jeff gets our nomination for employee of the Year!

Greetings: I approached the selection of an auto body repair facility as though I was interviewing a candidate for a job opening. The facility estimator would be the "face" of the facility. Using that criteria I "interviewed" three facilities. As soon as I met Jeffrey K., estimator for GERBER at the above location, I saw a man who was courteous as well as professional in his appearance and demeanor. He inspected damage to our vehicle very thoroughly, taking time to photograph each aspect while keeping a written record as well. He looked underneath and behind body parts for a complete discovery of damage. Afterward, he invited my wife and I into his office to complete our estimate to repair.
