I had a fender-bender in November 2025, my fault. My insurance provider American Family highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. I left my Prius at the shop in Anthem, AZ on Monday afternoon, January 12; and I was told that if they didn't find anything major it would take 3-5 days to finish. The wrong fender was sent the next day or so, a replacement was expected by Friday, the supplier didn't replace until Tuesday, January 20. Some things can't be helped, I get that. The real frustration during that time was that I was promised call-backs (that didn't happen) at least 4 times. I did not expect to be able to pick up my car until Friday; but I got a call yesterday that I could pick up in a few hours @ 4:15 pm! If you're needing collision repair done your at the right place with Gerber Collision and Glass repair.... We had work done at Gerber in Oshkosh, Wi. They did a good job but it wasn't perfect... We arrived in Apache Junction, AZ a few weeks later and noticed it wasn't quite right and contacted Gerber in Oshkosh Wi.... They advised us to go to Gerber in Mesa AZ and that they would advise them at Here in AZ that we would be stopping by which they did... We worked with John and the other staff here in Mesa AZ and it's been completed to perfection..... So If It's Satisfaction Your Looking For, Trust And Head To Gerber Collision and Glass You'll Be Happy You Did.... Thank You Gerber AWESOME Doing Business With You...

After doing an impatient turn out of a parking lot, I had my first accident. Called my insurance and they referred me to Gerber. I must say that the whole process was handled by professionals. From the Receptionist to the Estimator and to the final result, my stress level was lowered by how well they communicated and kept me aware of all steps. They had to deal with paint matching out of 7 samples provided, and an unusable replacement door. Hopefully I won't use them again soon, but I do recommend them. I am very pleased as to how my vehicle turned out. There is no evidence of my previous driving mishap. Thank you Gerber!

I am a bit late getting this review in. I have used Gerber for several years for different vehicles such as a Landcruiser, Highlander and this time a RAV4. All with different issues. Each time the work is excellent at this location and customer service is outstanding. August 2025 due to a malfunctioning new garage door opener the spoiler on my RAV4 was damaged. The garage door company gave me a check for the full amount of the car repair, installed another new opener and installed a new garage door. Then I wrote Gerber a check. I have recommended Gerber to other friends when they need a repair and to this location. I apologize for not reviewing sooner. Great company and great employees.

Jorge, Heidi and their colleagues, especially the repair technicians, did an amazing job with our 2025 Toyota Crown Signia. They kept us informed with regular and frequent progress reports. Because the vehicle was a new Toyota model in 2025, we had to wait for the delivery of some parts, but the staff was always prompt in letting us know the new projected completion date. We have driven the vehicle about 400 miles since the repairs were completed and it has operated flawlessly and looks as good as new. We are completely happy with the results of Gerber's work and do not expect any problems going forward. We highly recommend Gerber on West Broadway in Mesa for collision repair work.

My whole experience with Gerber was exceptional. Gerber took this unfortunate situation and made it painless. That did a 1st rate repair of my vehicle. The finished product was clean in and out. I would not hesitate to use Gerber collision for all my future repair needs (including glass).

Staff was amazing and very quick with getting us in and out. The mechanics did a great job and they had it ready earlier than told. My car looked like new when it came back to me. They also kept me very informed regularly.

Gerber collision in anthem Arizona. Javier and the team are awesome. They do awesome work. This is the second vehicle they have fixed for me and let me tell you they do awesome work. They are very communicative. They communicated with me every step of the way. The front office is also awesome. Very professional suite very understanding. They do excellent work if I could give them 50 stars, I would give them 50 stars curb collision and have Arizona keep up the good work you guys rock.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! Josh was awesome to work with from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and always kept me updated on the progress. They painted my car, and the results were fantastic. The color match is perfect, and the finish looks brand new. I'm really impressed with the quality of their work and the customer service I received. Highly recommend!

After being recommended to Gerber Collision and Glass by the local Jeep dealer, I explained my situation to the receptionist, who kindly found someone to help even close to closing time. Jose assisted me and was able to apply an exact match to the original paint that dried to reveal no damage. I am overjoyed at the outcome and want to take the time to thank him and the staff at Gerber Collision & Glass for helping me in my time of need; the staff here are truly exceptional."

My nearly new vehicle was in the shop in February to repair left front damage. The finished body work was beautiful! Recently I had concerns that my tire wear was uneven and related to the accident. Gerber treated me as if I was the only customer they had. Thanks Gerber.

So Gerber Collision & Glass take my truck in to get some auto body work done to my back passenger door not my mom scraped and caused some damage. This company went above and beyond to make sure that they contacted me every single day to let me know the progress of my vehicle. And then on top of that they gave me an estimated date of the 31st of October that it would be done well here it is the 23rd of October and they are 10 days ahead of schedule. The person who handled the Bodywork and everything name is Chris and the guy is very honest stands by his work as well he also fixed a scratch when some guy stabbed the back of my truck on the side passenger of my bed he didn't have to do that but he did it so if you guys are looking for a great auto body shop to take your vehicles to I would highly recommend Gerber Auto Body & Glass. ... read more
