We had to get a catalytic converter replaced on my son's truck and Gerber was amazing. Communicated along the way, finished the job quickly, and was able to drop the vehicle to our home when we weren't able to pick it up. Their customer service is top notch!

I took my car into Gerber Peoria for an estimate and met Skye, an estimator. She was so thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I was upset about the accident with my car and asked for honest opinions. She was compassionate and listened which helped me to make a good decision for my car. I highly recommend this shop.

Unfortunately, this was my second go-round with Gerber. FORTUNATELY, they were available to work their magic again. Gerber is able to make the best of a bad situation. It starts with the customer care at the front desk (Hi, Heidi!) and continues with the detailed estimate, streamlined car rental, regular updates, beautiful bodywork and ends with an on-time ((or earlier!) delivery. The conclusion: my 6 y.o. car looks brand new!!!! Thank you, Gerber, for having my back... end. ??
