Dave provided great service and kept me updated along the way. He did some extra test drives to ensure my truck was perfect. He even buffed out a scratch that was a totaly different spot. Thank you Dave! My truck came out beautifully.

Professionalism while still maintaining a "family" type of feeling which lent a comfortable smoothness in the entire experience. Quick and efficient with excellent communication. Having gone through the damage prior to bringing my vehicle in, I had a good gauge as to what needed to be replaced/repaired. There were a couple of issues that they could have easily said would need expensive repairs and that nobody would question them on, but they were honest, and forward on their assessment. This is not the kind of place I would expect to be trustworthy, but they passed with flying colors. I was quoted a price over double what they charged by the dealership.

I totally recommend Gerber collision Alexis, who works at the front had such good customer service she greeted with a smile, and she listened to what I was there for. She wasn't rushing me out the door considering it was closing time.. Garry and Rob also had great customer service. I told them what I needed to be fix. They said they would look at it and give me the price tomorrow. They didn't just look at it and say I think it could be this and the price which a lot of places just do that. If I have any more work to be done to my car, I'll definitely be back to Gerber collision.

I would recommend Gerber Collision. Alexis who works in the front had such great customer service. She didn't rush talking with me ( it was also close to closing time ) when I came in. She listen what I needed done. Garry and Rob came out looked at my bumper. I told them what I wanted done. They said for me to bring back next day and they would look to see what needed to be done and price and would call me before they do any work. They weren't pushy about fixing it at all. Talking with them I got the impression they really care about there customers that come in.

Javier G was absolutely fantastic yesterday! I noticed that the oil pan under the front of my vehicle was hanging because it was missing a screw. It was almost the end of his shift, yet he took my vehicle to the garage and fixed the problem for me and send me on my merry way without charging me! One satisfied customer! Thank you Javier!!!!

They did a fine job of repairing but I took it back for an adjustment to the hood and loose front bumper under cover. They got right on it and adjusted the hood and secured the under bumper right away. It looks great now! The paint job is flawless and you can't tell there was any damage! Great service, courteous and patiently addressed all my concerns!
