My automobile looked fabulous when they were done and it was clean inside and out. I didn't have rental insurance so they took care of me and got it back very expeditiously. I'm grateful for the excellent job and service. A shout out to Erica who is the face of this location.

They went above and beyond for my car! They detailed the inside and outside of my car and filled up my tires for me. Luis was very friendly and great at communicating with me for updates!

Personally, I have dealt with many collision repair shops. The staff here was extremely professional. They made sure I had a rental company here to pick me up, and when my car was ready, I could just leave the rental and not have to deal with it.. They dealt with the insurance company, and handled everything on that end flawlessly. The repairs they did it on my car was immaculate, quality workmanship. I have zero complaints! This is the second time I have had repairs done at this shop now. I highly recommend this place!

We've never been disappointed with Gerber. Picked up our vehicle and noticed a couple issues we weren't happy with. They were very accommodating and kept vehicle longer. It now looks very nice. We appreciate their time and care. Thanks for a job well done!

Dave provided great service and kept me updated along the way. He did some extra test drives to ensure my truck was perfect. He even buffed out a scratch that was a totaly different spot. Thank you Dave! My truck came out beautifully.

Accidents happen! When they do, go to Gerber and ask for Eric. We have had our share of dings and dents and have never experienced the level of expertise and service we found at Gerber. See for yourself. Ask for Eric.

Professionalism while still maintaining a "family" type of feeling which lent a comfortable smoothness in the entire experience. Quick and efficient with excellent communication. Having gone through the damage prior to bringing my vehicle in, I had a good gauge as to what needed to be replaced/repaired. There were a couple of issues that they could have easily said would need expensive repairs and that nobody would question them on, but they were honest, and forward on their assessment. This is not the kind of place I would expect to be trustworthy, but they passed with flying colors. I was quoted a price over double what they charged by the dealership.

I totally recommend Gerber collision Alexis, who works at the front had such good customer service she greeted with a smile, and she listened to what I was there for. She wasn't rushing me out the door considering it was closing time.. Garry and Rob also had great customer service. I told them what I needed to be fix. They said they would look at it and give me the price tomorrow. They didn't just look at it and say I think it could be this and the price which a lot of places just do that. If I have any more work to be done to my car, I'll definitely be back to Gerber collision.

I would recommend Gerber Collision. Alexis who works in the front had such great customer service. She didn't rush talking with me ( it was also close to closing time ) when I came in. She listen what I needed done. Garry and Rob came out looked at my bumper. I told them what I wanted done. They said for me to bring back next day and they would look to see what needed to be done and price and would call me before they do any work. They weren't pushy about fixing it at all. Talking with them I got the impression they really care about there customers that come in.

Javier G was absolutely fantastic yesterday! I noticed that the oil pan under the front of my vehicle was hanging because it was missing a screw. It was almost the end of his shift, yet he took my vehicle to the garage and fixed the problem for me and send me on my merry way without charging me! One satisfied customer! Thank you Javier!!!!
