I wanted to take time to write to you today to commend Kent and his staff's work on my car. I was very happy with the work that they did and with the accuracy of the estimate with which I was provided. When I picked up my car, I almost felt as though I had purchased a new car. On top of their quality body work, I was happy to see that they detailed the car. From start to finish, Kent demonstrated professionalism and a thorough knowledge of his art. I do apologize, but I met another one of the gentlemen (Josh?) as well and I could not thank him enough for his work. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the routine email updates during the repair process. The times I spent in your front waiting room the atmosphere was always relaxed, orderly, and business-like; even when it got busy. That can be a difficult thing to do when there are demanding customers but the Gerber crew pulled it off. I don't like the idea of coming back because that means my car got hit again. But if I had to, I'd be pleased to return to Gerber Collision and recommend to other auto owners.

Kent Francis was my Gerber associate and he did exactly what he promised. He told me that Gerber was going to put my vehicle back to the way it was when new and they did. Even putting the extra touches on my vehicle that made old parts seem new again so it didnt look like old and new parts put together. This made my wife happy which intern made me very happy. Kent was my main point of contact and he updated me with the progress of my car's repair at least twice during the 8 days that it was in the shop. Everyone that I encountered at Gerber's was not only professional, but very helpful and nice. I would recommend this shop to my family, friends, and coworkers.
