I didn't know what to expect. I was presently surprised by the great service and professional attitide from the estimator Jeffrey K. and receptionist Ysenia. I was able to pick up my vehicle in 2 days and was very pleased with the repairs and paint job. Awesome experience!!!!!!

I have been to Gerber twice in the last several years, and I have found their service to be outstanding. After I brought my car in to be fixed, I was called several days later to tell me the damages that they found, what would be needed, and exactly how long it would take to complete the repairs. The next week I called to see if there was any way possible to get my car earlier that that because I wanted to take it on a trip. They did that for me and were so cooperative in doing so. When I picked up my car, a representative walked me around the entire vehicle, showing me what had been done and asking if I was satisfied. I have recommended Gerber glass to several friends, and will do so again.

Kent F. is AWESOME!! I've had my vehicle into Gerbers several times in the past for collision repairs with USAA Ins. Recently my vehicle was broken into and the door wasn't flush with car. I just happened to stop by after filing my identity theft paperwork with City of Glendale Police Dept. I told Kent what had happened and that I no longer had USAA but Geico and would appreciate if he could give me an estimate or worth even fixing. He took my car back and within 5 minutes door fixed and sealed properly at NO CHARGE!! I can't tell you how much this meant to me after the devastation of having my personal items stolen from vehicle. He made me cry and I could've just hugged him. I had just been in an accident and took my car directly to Gerber from a recommendation of a friend. While my car was deemed totaled, they still worked with me. Kent F., the General Manager, understands customer service. I will recommend Gerber to all my family and friends! The experience was great. I used to go the Gerber in Mesa and when I needed collision repair I was glad to see there was a Gerber in Glendale. Kent was great. He got me in immediately for an inspection and then I was able to drop the truck off the next Monday for repair. He approximated it would take about a week. They kept me informed through text messages and daily update phone calls. There was a couple brackets that came in a bit later then expected so I had to pick up the truck on Saturday instead of Friday. No problem because I was informed at every step of the way. When I went to pick up the truck, Kent went through the Final Report with me in detail so I could understand all the work that was done on the truck. The full detail was a very nice touch as well. I had a collision with my baby, my Mercedes ML320, and from the moment I walked into the Gerber repair facility I knew that all was going to be just fine. It seemed as if my estimator, Jerry Castellano felt my pain and heartache over the damages that my baby had endured. I knew she was in good hands with Jerry in charge. Mr. Castellano phoned me every Tuesday and Thursday to advise me on the progression of the repairs. I felt as if a surgeon was advising me of the step by step progress the patient (my Cedes) was enduring and what was still to come. When I received the final phone call that all was finished and I could come pick her up, he was waiting for my arrival.
