I have taken my car to thia location twice and I habe recieved nothing but the best service! When my parents and I walk in they addrrss us by name and always are so polite on the phone. After the experience I have had at this location I would never go anywhere else to get my car fixed. Not to mention my car looked brand new when I got it back!!!

Finding someone you can trust in the automotive repair industry can be difficult. Gerber collision and glass, specifically Josh Hill, told me up front what needed done, costs, did a thorough inspection, was professional, and got the job done perfectly. As a college student away from home it is good to find an automotive repair specialist that is honest and someone you can depend on. Job well done.

Gerber is the facility that Farmers insurance company told me was on the approved list to take our car to for repair. I was told that there will be a lifetime gaurentee on any and all the work performed as long as we owned the vehicle. I was treated very good at Gerbers. From the front desk receptionist, to Kent, the main person that worked with us, and to Josh, Who I spoke to on the phone a couple of times. "I was a little nervous about taking my car to someplace other than the dealer because of the car's uniqueness. It is a "numbered" Daytona Charger RT Sublime. Lime green in color. I wasn't sure they would be able to match the color. Jordan assured me they had a top-notch painter who could do the job, so I gave them the opportunity. I was beyond pleased with the outcome. The color matched perfectly and you could not even see that there was ever any damage to the car. They went above and beyond what I thought they would do, by vacuuming the interior and wiping it down. The car looked like new when they finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair on their car/truck. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you all."

Service was just amazing. Jordan, the GM, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy to work with. He kept us (my wife and I) up to date on everything that was going on. We were worried we would have issues with the claim, but there were none and Jordan did a great job of making sure that we didn't need to worry. The car looks just like new, and I will be telling anyone that needs it to use Gerber Collision and Glass. You have a customer for life.

I took my vehicle to Gerber per my insurance (USAA) I was impressed by the quality of customer service that I was given the main characters who were instrumental in my satisfaction were Jordan Consoni and the receptionist Colleen Welsing they made me feel that everything would be taken care of professionally. My wife and I were really impressed with the service given. This is the first collision incident that we have had to deal with and were a little nervous at first at what we had to deal with. However, everyone was personable, kind and informative. Our van looked great when they were done repairing it. We were even pleasantly surprised to see that the inside of our van was cleaned, vacuumed, and smelled brand new. With 2 young boys that are very good at tracking in dirt that was no easy task. We will definitely be returning to Gerber. We might even be returning soon to take care of some damage that was not a part of our recent accident. Thank you for the great service.
