The people at Gerber in Dallas, GA are OUTSTANDING! From the very nice and sweet lady at the reception desk to David, the estimator that we worked with on our insurance repair. They always kept us informed multiple times per week on our repairs. Everyone there was very professional and nice. The repair work was first class and our vehicle looked like it had just came from the factory! They even detailed the inside and outside for us before we picked it up! You can bet that if we ever need any body repairs or glass replacements, we will DEFINITELY take our vehicles to Gerber in Dallas!! GREAT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE!!

We chose Gerber through excellent word of mouth and would use again. They did a wonderful job and worked directly with out insurance company. I was able to leave my rental for the rental company to pick up. No need to have someone follow me and drop it off. Very convenient.

I had extensive damage to the front end, left fender, and left door of my 2014 Ford Escape. Repair process took approximately 3 weeks. I was contacted daily either by text message or a phone call from Nick Bishop with a current status message. When I picked up the repaired car it looked like a new car, inside and outside. I am completely satisfied with the Gerber repair process and highly recommend them. Thanks to Nick and the entire repair crew.

Stephanie and Keith were fantastic to deal with they took time to answer questions and concerns in a time where I was not myself they got me through this accident . Our experience from start to finish was stress free and handled with the utmost professionalism from each Gerber employee we came into contact with. Our vehicle was left damaged by a hit and run driver. As frustrating as that was, because of the professional team at Gerber, we can happily say that frustration is now a distant memory.
