Great service! I got an after hours call from the 800 number to schedule an appointment the next morning. When I took the car in for an estimate, I decided to leave it for repair. By the next afternoon, the car was ready with a new bumper cover that matched the car perfectly. Great service with friendly, efficient personnel in a pleasant environment. The car was washed and the tires shined when we picked it up. All I can say is, "Wow!"

I appreciate the excellent customer service I received at the Kennesaw Gerber collision & glass location. They were excellent to deal with from the moment I had my car towed into the lot, were patient with my many questions and phone calls. Peggy and Ashley are SO SWEET. They made this whole process easy. Im so glad I picked this location! I got my car's body work done so fast! When I noticed a scuff mark before leaving, I showed Ashley and she got it into the shop to be fixed the same day!
