Repair was perfect. Zero complaints. Only praise. The car cleanup was as requested. And the touchup work Ashley did on the rust spots really improved the look of the Odyssey. Great work and super people there but hope I don't see them again, at least not for a business purpose. ;)

I cannot believe the fine job that was done to repair my car. It looks wonderful. The paint job is perfect; little details were attended to in the repairs. It looks like I have a new car. Further, I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs in a very timely manner. All the personnel were courteous and attentive. It was a great experience working with Gerber.

Really excellent customer service - they under-promised and over-delivered. From the moment I arrived, I and my car were treated with respect and care. My car was ready before the date promised, and I got a phone call a few hours ahead of time, allowing me time to plan to get there. When I arrived to pick it up, the person at the front desk remembered me and what car I had. The outside of my car looked great. I was especially impressed that, although they had to uninstall my child seat in connection with the repair, when they were done, they re-installed it - and it was more secure after that than it was when I brought the car in! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the car had some dirt and debris on the inside when I got it back. Other than that, it was a stellar experience and I would definitely recommend this place to ... anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices with excellent customer service. read more

They keep great communication with you at all time and updates this company was not listed to me by my Insurance company but I Rembered my dad using them years ago early 2000s and I chose them and Trust I'm very pleased.
