GA - 1290 Portman Dr, Conyers - 10/14/16

Gerber is always my first choice. I've used the midtown location on Willow St. however, this time my car was sent to the Conyers location. I am equally please with their performance! I highly recommend the Conyers location. The Asst. Mgr. Barbara M. kept me well informed and true to her word. Exceptional craftsmanship! Thank you!

Thank you so much to Gerber Collision for doing a great job on our van repair. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. The repairs look fantastic, it's like the accident never even happened. Frankly, after hearing horror stories about trying to get vehicles repaired after an accident, I was dreading the ordeal. Imagine my surprise when none of it turned out to be an ordeal at all! I was even able to return the rental vehicle right there at Gerber, instead of having to drive it back to the rental office. They have a sign on the front desk saying the want each customer to have a 10 out of 10 customer service experience and I can honestly say they met that goal.

Gerber found more damage once they removed the bumper. What was supposed to take 5 days to repair, they did it in 3 days! They ensured we got our car back for a much needed trip for our family! Love Gerber!
