Just spoke with Sean B., General Manager. What a wonderful young man. He has ordered OEM parts, assured me that their work on my Lexus will be whole and safe. His goal is to repair my car and make it whole regardless of what GEICO says. He assured me that he and his team approach each repair in the most safe way and that the repair and safety of my car is their goal. He could not have been any nicer and reassuring. I will be able to sleep tonight. Last night was aweful! Thank you Sean.

Absolutely AMAZING work done to my 2010 Camaro by Gerber! My cars entire back bumper and side reflector was destroyed and smashed in side ways and now looks like nothing at all happened. The whole staff was fast, fun, and friendly. Always kept me up to date on how the car was coming along and always had the answer to every question I had. I will definitely be returning in the future or if I get into it with another brick mailbox but lets hope that doesn't happen. Thanks again yall!!

When I dropped off my car for repair, the service man walked around the car with me showing the nature of the repairs and checked my mileage and basic condition of the vehicle. He was very personable and explained things fully. When I went to pick up my vechicle, I was amazed at the craftsmanship and how the repairs were flawless. I would recommend this specific Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who wanted exceptional service with outstanding friendliness of all the staff.

Just a wonderful shop!! My estimator Brittany was so personable and made me feel at ease. She also wowed me by getting my liscence plate put on for free. She said Gerber cares about their customers and there is no need for that. This shows customer service is not dead and I cant wait to bring my nissian. See you soon!

Upon initial phone call, I spoke with a lady who was very nice and professional. I cannot remember her name. However, she was very detailed and helpful. I wanted to get estimates from other places before I made my final decision. I went to one other place and decided to bring my car here versus the dealership for a few reasons. Cost didn't matter since I wasn't paying for it. The service and their continuous effort to answer my questions when I called back several times before I made my decision. The other place I received a quote from picked up on some things that Gerber missed. I told the nice lady who I dealt with on several occasions. She asked me to email my quote and they would do whatever needed to be done to get the car fixed right. I chose this place because my insurance company recommended them and the work is warrantied for the ... lifetime of ownership. That alone sold me!! I called in advance to schedule my appointment to make sure they would be able to take my car since I had a rental only approved for a certain amount of days. I dropped my car off and just waited for an update. I was immediately sent a new quote showing what they uncovered (which was great). The timely turnaround was impressive. Two days later, I received a call that my car was done. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a few things. They took the car to the back and fixed it right then and there. No questions asked.
