My daughter had driven home for the weekend from college when I noticed the rubber/plastic surrounding the front windshield was displaced on the passenger side. I arrived with the car at the Douglasville location just as the store opened and was greeted professionally by Jeri W. After hearing my dilema, Jeri asked to look at the vehicle before telling me "I'll take care of it!" Less than 10 minutes went by before Jeri told me the car was ready to go. Jeri's actions for me could be used as a training video for how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Jeri.

My car looked great, and Jeri was so professional and handled my repair perfectly. She even gave me a ride home because I didn't have rental. The body work looked wonderful, and i'm an old body tech. Jeri even went through the trouble to touch up my rock chips with leftover paint herself. Great job!

Repairs to extensive damage were very well done, my formerly new car was restored to as good as new condition. Gerber staff was attentive and courteous, keep me informed of any problems and updated me regularly on the progress being made. Just be prepared to have your vehicle in the shop longer than original estimates - but it does take time to do the repairs right. I would use their services again.
