I was treated professionally and courteously from the beginning to the end of my car repair. All the repair steps were explained thoroughly to me and I was continuously updated about the repair progress which was finished before the estimated time. The result of the repair is very nice.

This place is great!! My car was repaired in a timely fashion and they cleaned my baby and put her back to almost like-new status. They also kept me informed with real time updates of my car. Very timely and professional repairs, excellent communication, overall an excellent experience. Having been hesitant at first to use Gerber due to their Geico affiliation, I was very impressed with their whole operation. They make the repair process very easy on the customer. Absolutely perfect customer service. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday the 1st and was greeted by The adjuster Alicia who made sure that everything I noted was addressed. The environment for the shop was really friendly from the parts manager, who's name eludes me, Kara the apointment/receptionist clerk, all had positive and upbeat additudes. The repair process went as smooth as I have ever seen. I may have been a bit annoying but was never made to feel that way. When I would call they would give me a fairly detailed explanation as to where my vehicle was in the process. They even surprised me yesterday morning when they called to tell me it was done. When I was picking it up they again went over the warranty on the work so that I understood it. The repairs were done with attention to detail in mind.
