The work was done promptly. I was able to schedule the repair at a convenient time. Once the paperwork was completed the repair began. This is the third or fourth time that I have used this Gerber location and have been pleased with all the repairs.

I recently had my Ford Fusions rear bumper wrap around replaced after being hit in a parking lot. I am very happy with the service and workmanship done at Gerber. Gerber employee Dennis C. was great! He knows his stuff. He made the entire process much easier than I expected. The car looks great and I recommend Gerber if you want your car fixed right and without any issues!

In on Monday and returned on Thursday with new front and back quarter panels, replaced rear license tag light, and perfectly matched paint job. Our 2007 looks like a car right out of the showroom. Thanks to Dennis and the professionals executing the repairs. While one hopes to not return quickly, should circumstances dictate this facility is where I'll go!

The past few months I've had some bad luck with my vehicle. About 2 months ago, someone side swiped me and I was so upset! It was my first wreck in my new car and I was super stressed out about how I was going to fix it , and how much of a headache it was going to be to get it fixed. USAA was so great, they referred me to Gerber Collision to get my little Veloster repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas P. to get everything done, and he went above and beyond what was expected because he knew I was paying for my rental car myself. (I added rental insurance to my policy after this first incident) Thomas had my car in the shop for 3 days and it was such a quick and painless process. They even cleaned out my vehicle and made it look brand new! I was super happy with my car, and Thomas was so sweet and professional he left a ... lasting impression on me. Then, last Friday I got into a fender bender myself- this time it was my fault, but I was not as stressed out about the process of getting my car fixed. I knew that Thomas was going to take care of me and he had my vehicle repaired again in record time! I am so beyond thankful that USAA suggested Gerber Collision for my auto repair needs. I will always suggest going to Gerber Collision in Woodstock to all of my family members and friends. They really have a great team there, especially Thomas. :) read more

I have never experienced such great customer service before in a repair shop! They keep you updated and they keep their word. The repairs were done beautifully. Thank you for being the BEST of the best in my book . My experience with Gerber was a 10!
