The service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass in Rome GA was absolutely outstanding. Beginning with my initial visit, I was treated like a valued customer. Updates on the progress of my repair was unexpected but very welcome. The final result was a perfect repair and the fact that Gerber handled all transactions with my insurance company was especially nice.

These guys did an awesome job on my car! I was rear ended in my 2016 Malibu that I have had only 10 months. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. It was repaired on time. They did a fantastic job and looks like it was never in an accident. Not to mention they washed and vacuumed it out as well. They also repaired my sons Silverado a few years ago and the repairs were just as awesome. Thank you to this wonderful company and the guys who took such good care of my car. Y'all deserve 10 stars!! I must say I am very happy with the young ladies at this facility. I was greeted with a smile and felt at ease. It was very cool to have my estimator Brittany take me out to the shop to see the inside damages. Also, the shop did my repairs efficiently and FAST! I am so impressed that the level of professionalism Gerber has. THANK YOU to everyone that made this so easy. My Buic looks amazing. I know the wife will be happy. Have a great day.

WOW! This Staff is amazing. Dianna at the front desk was super friendly. Also, Brittany made everything so easy because she got us out in 2 days. The manager Ben paid for our rental and the other estimator Barab was super friendly as well. Please tell the young man that fixed my rogue he did amazing. We will be sending our son to yall for repairs.

there were extenuating circumstances regarding my repairs this go round, i have used Gerber before in the past and they have provided exceptional service. Tony was instrumental in getting this repair taken care of in my time frame for my son's trip and i really appreciated his making that happen.
