I was treated professionally and courteously from the beginning to the end of my car repair. All the repair steps were explained thoroughly to me and I was continuously updated about the repair progress which was finished before the estimated time. The result of the repair is very nice.

This place is great!! My car was repaired in a timely fashion and they cleaned my baby and put her back to almost like-new status. They also kept me informed with real time updates of my car. When you go, ask for Barbara! She is pleasant and truly knows great customer service!! You wont be disappointed. Thanks Barbra and staff!! You all are truly awesome!!!

Very timely and professional repairs, excellent communication, overall an excellent experience. Having been hesitant at first to use Gerber due to their Geico affiliation, I was very impressed with their whole operation. They make the repair process very easy on the customer.
