Upon initial phone call, I spoke with a lady who was very nice and professional. I cannot remember her name. However, she was very detailed and helpful. I wanted to get estimates from other places before I made my final decision. I went to one other place and decided to bring my car here versus the dealership for a few reasons. Cost didn't matter since I wasn't paying for it. The service and their continuous effort to answer my questions when I called back several times before I made my decision. The other place I received a quote from picked up on some things that Gerber missed. I told the nice lady who I dealt with on several occasions. She asked me to email my quote and they would do whatever needed to be done to get the car fixed right. I chose this place because my insurance company recommended them and the work is warrantied for the ... lifetime of ownership. That alone sold me!! I called in advance to schedule my appointment to make sure they would be able to take my car since I had a rental only approved for a certain amount of days. I dropped my car off and just waited for an update. I was immediately sent a new quote showing what they uncovered (which was great). The timely turnaround was impressive. Two days later, I received a call that my car was done. When I went to pick it up, I noticed a few things. They took the car to the back and fixed it right then and there. No questions asked. I arrived with the car at the Douglasville location just as the store opened and was greeted professionally by Jeri W. After hearing my dilema, Jeri asked to look at the vehicle before telling me "I'll take care of it!" Less than 10 minutes went by before Jeri told me the car was ready to go. Jeri's actions for me could be used as a training video for how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Jeri.
