Just picked up car so this is an initial reaction. Car looked great. Appreciated cleanup and wheel bright. Worked with Brian Anderson. Very professional. Explained what would happen and when. Went over details and answered all my questions. Always met expectations he set.

We worked with Keith Burns, and he was so pleasant and helpful that we will be back if we ever need collision repair again! There was a snafu ( not his fault) that he handled politely and calmly. My Audi looks great!!!

Thanks again for a great repair job on my Forrester. What a pleasure to work with Jennifer and Tom. Never a good time when you have to have your car repaired but Gerber made the experience as pleasant as possible. They had my car ready when they said that they would despite the fact that the first fender that came in was damaged and they had to re-order another one. I will definately use them and again and will recommend them to friends.

The Kennesaw Gerber location was unbelievably quick in returning my car to me. It took a mere 36 hours to complete the work. I am totally amazed and very appreciative of the quick turn-around. It saved me additional rental expense as well.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship and service we received on our '08 Acadia. On the service end Mike Upton was on top of everything and kept us informed along the way. When we brought our car back for a minor touch up there was no hassle and everything was done. The guys/gals doing the actual work are top notch.

I was very impressed with Gerber from my very first phone call. Ashley was very friendly. I was able to email my estimate and she promptly returned my email and set up my appointment. While my car was in the shop, Mike kept me informed on the status. Gerber even made all of the rental car arrangements, so this process was as easy as it could possibly be. It's no wonder USAA recommends Gerber.

Herb and the gang over at the Gerber location on Dekalb Industrial were a pleasure to work with. They talked me through every step of the process and exceeded my expectations. They even handled ordering and returning my rental car on site. I wish these guys could be my regular mechanics, but alas, the only opportunity I'll have to order their services again is if I'm in another fender-bender (and I hope that's not any time soon!).

Gerber Collision is by far a very professional and reliable business. They were friendly from the get go and they followed up with me regularly with the status of my vehicle. Not only did my car look better than new when it was finished, the repairs were done in a timely manner and I was notified as soon as it would ready. I would definitely refer anyone that needs minor or major repairs to go to Gerber Collision. They did a great job and I am extremely impressed.

Kudos to Mr. Tom Hagan at the Atlanta Cheshire Bridge location. My left side mirror had its guts spewed out when an oncoming driver knocked into it. Luckily I had all the parts and none were broken. Mr. Hagan graciously took a few minutes to successfully put it back together for me and merrily sent me on my way! It's customer service like that that gives businesses a good name. Please make sure Mr. Hagan's superior(s) are aware of his act of kindness! Thank you, Shari Moss

Gerber took care of everything. They called the person at fault's insurance and settled all the payments for me. They called and set me up with a rental car and had them pick me up at Gerber. I didn't have to wait long at all before I was helped. Mike Upton explained what needed to be fixed and how long it would take, and it was ready the day he said it would be ready.

The folks at Gerber were all very professional, polite, and friendly. They explained every step of my car repair process to me and made me very comfortable with the service and work they were providing. Keith Burns and Nan Bishop were especially helpful and cooperative in working with me and kept me informed throughout the repairs. Their costs seemed reasonable to me, and were about $500 lower than another estimate I received from a different auto body repair shop.

A terrific job on the bumper of my wife's Lexus RX 350. After several estimates we chose Gerber because of previous great work and a price $200 less than the competition. Mike did a terrific job to get us in and out quickly as promised.

These guys were great! They were available within a day to schedule an estimate appointment, met with me on time, and got my car out when they said they would. The manager Tom was helpful in answering my questions, and was there when I dropped off my car, and when I picked it up. He made sure I was satisfied before i left. My car looked great!
