This is the second time I took my car to Gerber in Roswell and for the second time they did an exemplary job or repairing my car. Further, they polished the old finish so well that it truly looks great. Mike stayed in touch with me during the few days while my car was at Gerber. He let me know that progress was being made and that no problems were encountered. The amount of my final bill was exactly as provided to me on the estimate even though Gerber performed a few additional tasks that were not on the estimate. I am completely satisifed and highly recommend Gerber Collision in Roswell.

Mike Upton and the entire Gerber team did a fantastic job on my repairs after I was rear ended and became a minivan sandwich! They showed great attention to detail and treated my vehicle as if it were their own. This is our third time to visit Gerber and I would not go anywhere else. They rock!

I was in an accident 12/23/2010, not my fault. It took the insurance over 2 months to pay. Jennifer Parker was so kind, and kept me updated on every detail going on with my company car. I am in the Death Care business and I know how much communication is needed when working with people in difficult situations. Her customer service was beyond my expectations. As well as everyone there that I had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks to everyone.

I was refered by Curtis and Patrick from Big 10 Tires. I walked in and was greeted by Keith Burns with a big smile and I talk to Keith about my truck, He came out and looked at it and gave me an estimate, I was happy and right away I asked him to order my parts. I took my truck in on Monday 02/07/2011 to be fixed and not only fixing my truck he give me a rental for free. I mean free, I was stunned anyway and then not only 4 to 5 hours later II had a call from Keith that my truck was finished. I went over back to the shop and when I looked at my truck I was a happy camper. I never been happier with the work he and the other guys did. Thank you guys, you guys are the best. You know I am a single Mom taking care of my truck but with the help from Keith and the guys that work on my truck I feel that I have the Gerber family to take care of me ... thank you again. He kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle, and kept the time frame for the repairs to a minimum. Mike Upton was the appraiser. I would definitely go back to him for repairs.
