Keith Burns did an excellent job with customer service by assisting to all of my needs with my vehicle, calling me with updates, and writing a complete description of my repairs completed and existing (from my accident). Keith was professional with my insurance company and rental car pick up.

Gerber did an excellent job in painting and removing dents in my car. They did such an excellent job. You cannot see the damage at all and wouldn't even know the car was in an accident. I was amazed when i saw the car after it was repaired, just like new. Thank you !!!

Outstanding Service!! I had dropped my car off at the Kennesaw facility before Christmas to complete a collision repair. Mike Upton, my service manager, provided me with great updates on my car's status, and even worked with the technicians to work overtime to complete my car's work by today. Thank you all very much. We have worked with Gerber before and will be back again (hopefully not too soon).

Gerber Collision was great! Jennifer and Ashley were especially helpful to a unique situation of mine. Being in the military I had to get my truck in for repairs as soon as possible and let my brother pick it up for me since I was going to training. There wasn't a time during the repair or appraisal process that I didn't know what was going on with my truck. They worked to immediately get me set up with a USAA rental and I was on my way. I will be forever greatful for the personal efforts made to help me out and the great work on my truck!

I had my car run into at the Atlanta airport. Luckily the other person left me a note and filed a claim with their insurance comapny. This insurance company set me up with Gerber Collision in Rome. I went in and had an estimate and scheduled an appointment for repair in 15 minutes or less. I then took my car in on the appointed date at 9:00 am and they were able to replace my bumper paint it and replace my tail light and have my car ready by 5 in the afternoon the same day. My car looks brand new again. I was very happy with the service and I will recommend everyone I know to go there and I will use them again if I ever have to.

From the moment I stepped in at Gerber Collision in Decatur, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and curteous. Tom Bloomberg was excellent in suggesting a cost-effective way to reduce my out-of-pocket expenses, and I am very grateful to him. The service manager (forgotten his name) loves his job which is reflected in his approach with customers and quality of work. From the 3 service providers recommended by State Farm for collision work, I chose Gerber for their customer service, price and friendliness.

I just wanted to thank you once again for all your help in getting my company vehicle repaired. First of all, having an accident is not fun. Secondly, having to deal with estimates, time in the shop and jockeying cars is such a hassle. You and the folks at Gerber have shown me what true customer service is all about and have made this experience extremely easy for me. I felt I received a fair price – and you even passed on the information about getting a coupon and rental car from the website. Not many companies go that far to ensure customers are given the best deal they can get. My glass replacement is scheduled for tomorrow morning here at my office (nice!) and they were very prompt in calling to schedule the appointment.
