First let me say that I am very much attached to my car, an Infinity G35, and have maintained it in pristine condition. So to have it hit by a truck while it was parked on a dead end street with no other vehicles near was devastating to me. It had to be towed to Gerber Collision and I was sure that it would never be the same. Fortunately for me, my contact person was Dana Frachiseur. She was immediately kind, sympathetic, competent and knowledgeable in a way that was very reassuring to me. She was always pleasant (you could hear the smile in her voice) and kept me updated on a daily basis of what was being done and took the time to answer all of my questions. In fact, after I told Dana that my car’s name was Mia she always referred to her by name when she gave me the updates. Yes, I know that it seems ridiculous but it is the little ... things that mean the most and it is a sign of being aware of your customer’s needs, that is to say good customer service. I feel that Gerber Collision is lucky to have Dana and so was I. There is a happy ending to this story, as Mia is as good as new……just as Dana said she would be! read more

My estimator was Dana Frachiseyr, shw was excellent to work with. She kept me informed of everything and also got my car back to me much quicker than anticipated. I would definetly recommend Gerber. Dana also lloks very young and seems to be full of energy. She is very pleasant.

I needed a simple repair to my front bumper, which had been damaged in a collision while the vehicle was unattended. The staff (Jennifer) and mechanic (Gary) were wonderful. The repair was made quickly and the cost was exceptionally reasonable. Thank you!

On this date Dec of 2012 was the second time I used Gerber, I had my daughters Honda repaired there previously when someone hit her car when it was parked, which was a good experience. I returned when my SUV was hit while it was parked. I was taken care of by a great staff!! Everyone there was very pleasant to deal with! Jennifer Parker was great to deal with, she went over everything with me and worked with me and my insurance company. I was called periodically while they were working on my SUV and informed as to where they were at that point and when I could expect it to be completed. I will say Jennifer went out of her way to make me a happy and returning customer! When I saw my SUV after the repairs I was very pleased, they did a great job! They even cleaned the inside and detailed the outside for me, now that I didn't expect. Talk ... about going above and beyond. Needless to say I am a very happy customer and I will recommend Gerber to my friends and family. Jennifer also knew I was a Mt Dew drinker and even had a ice cold can waiting for me when I picked up my SUV and that was just great and also great timing, I needed that, she made my day!!! It is never pleasant when you have your vehicle damaged but it is nice to know there is somewhere you can go like Gerber where the staff will treat you like you are there only customer! I just wanted to send quick e-mail thanking you for providing such an outstanding customer service! The fact that you insisted on repainting the bumpers for a better color match tells me a lot about high customer service standards at Gerber Collision and your exceptional personal work ethics and professional integrity. For the past few days, every time I look at my car I immediately recall the fact that it was not an easy job to try to match color for an older vehicle, and yet you made all the necessary extra steps (involving regional manager? ) to make sure that my car would look its best.

I am so late in doing this but I have to say how wonderful Jennifer Parker was during my car's collision repairs. She called me with updates, answered all of my questions and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Nowadays that's hard to find! The whole crew at this Gerber location were great to deal with.
