My adjustor, John Murphy was also very kind and attentive when it came to keeping me up to date with the repair status of my vehicle. My mom will be using Gerber Collision for her repairs also!

I was involved in a horrible auto accident. With all the medical, insurance and legal things I've had to deal with, time has been short to worry about anything else. Because I took my car to Gerber Kennesaw, I had one less item to worry about. They were AMAZING!!!! Dana updated me every Tues and Thurs , as promised, and even called in between if something should come up, like they weren't happy with the paint, so they were going to repaint it. The customer service of her and Brian made it feel like I was taking my car to my family's shop. They were professional yet super friendly and efficent. They were concerned about my special needs daughter and my saftey, so even after the insurance company wouldn't pay for a repair that happened in the accident, Dana asked the manager about it and they gave me a great discount to repair my window ... that was extremely dangerous. I recently took my vehicle in to be serviced after damage was done to it at a grocery store parking lot. The staff at Gerber are some of the nicest, most helpful people you would ever hope to meet. I was beginning to think quality customer service was long gone, but clearly at Gerber they make it their business to treat everyone fairly. Not only was the customer service awesome, but the work done to my vehicle was impeccable. Thanks so much to the Gerber Collision and Glass staff!

I dealt with a young lady named Jennifer Baker. She was excellent. She let me drop the car off on a Saturday to have rear convertible window replaced. Car was finished and ready for pickup on Tuesday and it looked great.Jennifer was very efficient. She located a top day one. I was dreading the car being tied up several days and this was not.

Walt is probably one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in my life. I'll never go anywhere else if needed. They made my Tahoe look like if nothing ever happened to it and all I can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you to these wonderful people.

Your entire staff at Gerber in general, and Greg Kline in perticular, were: exceptionally courteous, the workmanship of the repair and the final paint matching was perfect, the total repair time was a minimum for the amount of work performed and the cost was very fair to these new customers. Hopefully my wife will not have a future need for your services? However, should you ever need a recommendation from a new customer about your total services, you may have future custoemrs read this letter or call me concerning our excellend experience with Gerber. I would at this time like to commend Gary Gulisano, Walt Wheatley, Alecia Devers, and the rest of the staff at the Gerber Body Shop located in Cartersville Georgia. On July 8th, 2011, my family and I were en route to Florida on vacation, when my vehicle was struck by an 85lb piece of metal that had been hurled into the air and across the median striking my vehicle. To make a long story short, the collision caused about $6500.00 damage to my vehicle and rendered it undriveable. My vehicle was initially towed to the Hyundai shop two doors down from your body shop, and upon recommendation from the service manager there, towed to your shop. Upon arrival at your shop I met with Alecia, Walt, and Gary, and explained to them what had happened, and the jam I was in in reference to finishing my vacation. I was told at this time that the shop would ... do everything in their power to have my vehicle finished upon my return on the 16th of July. They also assisted me in locating a rental car. During the ensuing week I was contacted numerous times by Alecia informing me as to the progress of the repair of my vehicle of which I was very appreciative. On July 16th upon my return to Illinois from Florida, I arrived at your shop to pick up my repaired vehicle. Your shop did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and I know that they worked overtime to complete my car on time. My car looks like new (on the side damaged); the agent, Stan Taylor kept me informed all along the way of the progress and the timing for pick up. I'll try not to have any more wrecks, but if I do, Gerber: here I come.
