I am very happy with the service i received, John Murphy took great care of me. The car was ready a day earlier than promised and it came in $100 below the estimate of $600. Somehow I walked away feeling good about having to spend $500! Meanwhile, I had received an estimate from another repair shop that it was $1,000 of damage. Thank you Gerber Collision and John!

I was involved in a 5 car collision in my recently purchased Jeep Cherokee. I called my insurance company and they recommended Gerber Collision. I took my truck to Gerber on a Tuesday morning and they promised it would be repaired by Thursday evening. I then got a call Wednesday indicating the truck repairs were completed!! I needed a new bumper. While my truck was there, the battery died and Greg had a new one installed so I wouldn't have to deal with that on my own. I LOVE GERBER COLLISION!!!!!!!! thanks so much, everyone there was so nice and professional. GREAT JOB!

I received great service at the Gerber Oak St. location! Everyone there was fantastic and my car looks better than it did before the accident! Emily was very helpful when I set up my appointment, she spoke with the insurance company and Enterprise to get me squared away. Mike was very informative and kept me in the loop through out the repair process with frequent phone calls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

You guys did a great job the accident was very scary and it seems everyone but your folks and the police officer that assisted at the scene had no regard for me as the victim- Bryan at the Kennesaw office was great - very friendly and on top of the scheduling stuff-and the car looks better than before my accident!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. I've never had bad work at one, but the service at Gerber was incredible. First of all, it was clean and brightly lit, which I've never seen at a body shop. Then, Stan Taylor, who handled my car, called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my car.
