Repairs on my Volkswagen were excellent and performed quickly to make the car look like new. They even coordinated radio repair and washed and vaccumed the car. All employees were extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. Fran provided daily updates and even stayed late so that I could pickup the vehicle after work. Completely satisfied with the repair done, the time it took, the estimation process, and every employee I talked with. The office was a comfortable temperature, clean, orderly and had amenities. My insurance company is USAA, but since this was under my deductible, I paid for it myself. Your staff is courteous, friendly, skillful and professional. This was my first experience with Gerber Collision, and it was a GREAT one. They had my car fixed in the exact amount of time they said it would be done. All repairs were done to my satisfaction. Everyone is kind and courteous, and empathetic to the customers situation, and need for their vehicles. In the event that I need collision and/or glass repair, Gerber Collision will definitely be my first, and possibly, ONLY choice.

GA - 11200 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell - 1/20/12
My car was vandalized by 2 men shooting a pellet gun. Two holes in the passenger side door resulted. Gerber was very prompt in the repairs. Kept me informed as to the progress and even had the car ready sooner than expected. The employees were very friendly and helpful in getting the car rental service there to pick me up. The repair is perfect and you would not know that anything had happened.

i had wounderful service. They keep in contact with me and let me know everything they were doing with my car from the repairs to the amount. Even when my car had to go back to the paint shop they called me right away to let me know. Dana was very nice and took care of everything. I was recommended this place by a family member and it was great. I drove up 2 hours to drop my car off and the place did a wonderful job. The staff was super friendly and also very experienced. My car was finished promptly and on time, cleaned, washed, and repaired. They even buffed out some minor scratches around the damage site as a courtesy. It was definitely the best experience I've had with a collision repair place. I would recommend this place to everyone! A++

First let me say that I am very much attached to my car, an Infinity G35, and have maintained it in pristine condition. So to have it hit by a truck while it was parked on a dead end street with no other vehicles near was devastating to me. It had to be towed to Gerber Collision and I was sure that it would never be the same. Fortunately for me, my contact person was Dana Frachiseur. She was immediately kind, sympathetic, competent and knowledgeable in a way that was very reassuring to me. She was always pleasant (you could hear the smile in her voice) and kept me updated on a daily basis of what was being done and took the time to answer all of my questions.
