I found a friendly and knowledgeable staff at Gerber. I was met by Ms Jennifer Parker who did my appraisal on Dec 3 and gave me her recommendation. When I called to arrange for my auto repairs on Feb 29 Mr Joe another appraiser assured me that my file was active and I could bring in my car that same day. My car was completey restored and made to look brand new. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who wants the best collision repair business in the industry handling their automobile. I wish you all much success in the future.

I just picked up my Lexus and I couldn't be happier! The car looks absolutely wonderful and it was ready when promised. If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to visit Gerber and ask specifically for Dana. She was extraordinary helpful and knowledgeable. All around it was a great experience.

Called and spoke with Dana.Frachiseur. She said she could have my truck ready by the end of the following week. To my surprise it was ready for pick up Wed Afternoon. Ms. Dana Frachiseur, Estimator, was fer professional and friendly. She welcomed me to the office, as we walked around the truck she reviewed the damage to my truck . Arranged a rental cat for my usage during the repair time. I am very pleased with the repaired and would highly recommend Gerber Collisions repair to all my friends. Mike Upton was the consumate professional and everytime I called Ashley was bright cheerful and helpful. The quality exceeded my expectations and was deliveed on time to the hour when it was supposed to be. I would highly reccomend Geber for all repairs.

The service was excellent at this Gerber shop! The price was very reasonable and they obtained the parts and completed the job very quickly. I hope to never need this sort of service again, But if I do, I will definitely go to this Gerber shop, and I will recommend it to others.

Workmanship was good. Service on time. However, (accidental) damage was done to vehicle during repair, and we had an unpleasant time with the general manager resolving the matter. It was resolved only after insurance company intervention and car was then repaired satisfactorily.
