We were handled professionally from start to finish by Steve Ball and other staff. My insurance is with USAA and we considered letting them handle it and getting reimbursed by State Farm, but prompt action by Steve and the office staff got the claim ok'd by State Farm quickly, and the repairs were thorough and completed in about a week. Great, convenient and pleasant service--no reason to go anywhere else.

I originally started here on recommendation from my insurance agent (after being rear-ended), and had such great service that I've brought two more of my cars here for repairs! Great service and attention to detail. Enjoyable experience.

I'm so happy to have the opportunity to brag about how wonderful Gerber's service is! Everyone is unbelievably friendly and helpful. They gave near daily updates on how the repairs were progressing - really included me in every step of the process. And to top it all off, Gerber's repairs are outstanding. My car looked brand new!

I want to extend my sincere and deepest appreciation to Dennis and the crew for taking care of my 2007 Black Dodge Charger which my daughter Candace drives while she attends college there. You all have been there for me on more than one account. Our initial encounter 3 years ago left me with an impression of honest and commited professionals with expert knowledge and experience. I am currently on assignment in MI and you all have went beyond your duties by assisting my daughter with locating a rental car so she could continue to attend her college classes. No matter where I am in the world, I always refer individuals in your area for their auto needs to you. You are trulely a blessing. You have myself and my family as customers for life. Thank you again.
