Mr. Ray, The purpose of my letter is to call your attention to the extraordinary service and professionalism extended to me by Jennifer Parker, Mike Upton and all of the team at Gerber Collision & Glass at 11200 Alpahretta Highway in Roswell. Jennifer can give you the details but recently, after I had some body work done there, an odd situation arose that could have become very confrontational and unpleasant. It did not. Jennifer took responsibility, showing the greatest courtesy, and saw to it that I was happy and satisfied first. She was pleasant, professional, friendly and welcoming throughout. From my first contact with Mike Upton to my last phone call with Ms. Parker, I have seen no attitude, felt no pressure, have experienced only professional courtesy and respect. I was encouraged to ask them questions and was provided detailed progress information. All correspondence was cordial and detailed. Gerber Collision & Glass name is well worth its weight in gold. I received business located at 725 Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur, GA 30033. I personally was re-assured of the great collision repair on my 2005 Chevy Malibu by staff member Stephanie D'agostin from the moment I entered this location for an repair estimate. I was a victim in an auto accident by receiving rear-end damage, and was hesitant about using a repair shop referred by the other insurance company. But, Stephanie humbled my apprehensions with exemplary customer service by utilizing an intrusive estimate examination, a detailed explanation for the estimated time for the collision repair, possibilities for discovery of further damages, and any problems with the repairs that could be corrected after completion of collision work, Mrs. D'agostin should due a training ... class nationwide for providing outstanding customer service to people whom may due business now, or possibly in the future with your company. I was very satisfied with the way my car turned out. It looks as if the scratches were never even there. The appraisers were able to talk me through the estimate and explain to me what everything was and then were able to stay within that estimate, which was great. No surprises :)

Excellent customer service! I brought my vehicle in for a technician to look at with thoughts that if it could be repaired that I would have to make an appointment. I asked the staff if they were busy and was told yes, they were quite busy but would still have a tech look at my car. Immediately, they asked for my keys and within 5 minutes returned to tell me they were already working on the problem. When the staff returned with my keys, I was told there would be no charge for the service! I couldn't believe it. Not only did they service me immediately, fix the problem on the spot but they didn't even charge me! I would highly reccomend using Gerber if you are in need of collision/glass services. They have EXCELLENT customer service (and I'm not just saying that because there was no charge for the service) which is extremely difficult to ... find in most businesses today. Hopefully, I won't have any future collsion needs but if I do I will definetly return to Gerber! read more

Wonderful and friendly service. Repairs were done in the time stated. Good communications with service department. When additional damage was found during repair, management called to discuss with me and to work out need for increase cost over estimated cost. Location and availablitliy of a rental car was key to my choosing Gerber.
