This is my second car to be worked on at the Kennesaw location. I am very pleased with the outcome and with the customer service aspect. Dana did a great job of keeping me informed. They also made it easy for me to obtain a rental car via Enterprise. I would certainly recommend Gerber to anyone needing work

I could not believe the customer service in this store, it was great from my initial call to the end. I spoke to a representative by the name of Dennis and he was absolutely on it! He told me exactly what to expect and how things would be handled so when I got to the store I met another friendly representative who took care of me and my son to get the car checked in. I don't remember his name but I would give him a A+ for customer service. I was also contacted in the beginning by Stephanie who took care of information and getting a rental set up for me. They made things so easy that I didn't worry about a thing! The work on our vehicle was completed in just a couple of days which I thought had to be a record and the vehicle looked great! All the folks I encountered at Gerber are absolutely great in my book! Thank you all so much for ... caring about the customer! I brought my car into the Cheshire Bridge location. Samantha helped me get through the process with such ease. She was so friendly, and knowledgable. I felt like she really cared. She explained everything, from the repairs to final bill. If I had and questions or concerns, she was there. Samantha made the craziness easier to deal with.

I have only had one car accident in my lifespan of driving. I have never had any experience as amazing as the experience I have received at this facility. Dana went out of her way when she found out that I was having to take a bus for three hours since my car was in the shop. She went to her boss and helped me get a temp car. This kind of service speaks loudly with customer service. I am a nurse and deal with people all the time. I am always teaching new nurses about the importance of customer service. Its was great to see this level of customer service within the car repair. I have already told several people about the great service I have received at Gerber Collision and I will continue to tell anyone looking for trustworthy, and amazing service. I believe in word of mouth is worth its weight in gold. Dana did not have to go out of her ... way to help a person in need but she did and I cant thank her enough. I am now going online to go to any site to give reviews of this wonderful facility. I will never forget what they did for me. I do hope and pray I will not ever be in any car accident ever again but If anyone I know is ever in a car accident I will be there with a flag yelling go to Gerber Collision. One last word of thanks to Dana. I have never met her in person but I look forward to telling her thank you in person. If she is not a boss she should be. read more

GA - 11200 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell - 3/30/12

I just had my car repaired at Gerber. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, but also very pleasant. I would highly recommended them. In fact, I took my daughter with me when I picked up my car so she could get an estimate on some repair on her car. She was given an estimate of approx. $700.00 as opposed to an estimate at another company for over $1,000.00. I am well pleased with the work done on my car.

They did a great job repairing my car! The car was in and out quickly. The body man that repaired it did a great job because The dent was in a crease and I was afraid you would be able to tell. The paint guy matched the paint . You can 't even tell It was dented.
