By far the best service I've had at any auto shop for any thing that's been done. Dana did a great job and went above and beyond what most service representatives do to make sure that everything was ready ahead of time for me since I thought I would have been unable to pick my vehicle up on the original date it was supposed to be ready. I work for an insurance company just down the street and am going to start advising my clients with auto claims to use your shop.

I have been to Gerber Collision now three times. It is not something I am happy to admit, but they have made my visits with them more than comforting. They go above and beyond to answer all of my question without hesitation. If something is out of place or not to my standard, they fix it without questioning! I rarely get online to write reviews but i feel like they deserve some spotlight on their excellent customer service. Dana Breton has helped me all three times and never seems to amaze me. She is a star employee and I am glad she has been there for me all three times. Whenever I have a friend or family that needs a repair I don't hold back on telling them about Gerber Collision in Kennesaw, Ga. Best experiences you'll ever have.

Had two great experiences with Jennifer at the North Alpharetta, Georgia store on Alpharetta highway. Both times they were very attentive and cooperative. They delivered great service at a great price: paint and bump work was excellent and delivered right on schedule. Jennifer is a great customer reprentative.
