Just wanted to say how helpful Samantha Bailey was at getting a prompt estimate for me. I was rear ended and had quite a bit of back end damage. She took tons of pictures, even getting down on her hands and knees on the asphalt in the middle of the blazing day to snap pictures of the undercarriage area. She was very professional, answered all of my questions about the process and was very knowledgeable about the damage and what it would take to repair it.

"Dana and the rest of the crew were the very very best I have ever "run into". they worked fast, honest, and when a slight problem was encountered with the muffler they offered to give me a rental to fix it and did it promptly even staying late to make sure it was right. Good job!! 10 out of 10"

Service at Gerber Collision and Glass in Kennesaw was exceptional. Dana and Walt were both awesome to work with and always kept me inform on the progress of the collision repairs on my Chevy truck. They worked well with the insurance carrier to insure all the damage was covered. Additionally, any concerns I had with the repairs after it was finished were taken care of timely and with no hesitation. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a good and honest auto/truck collision repair facility.

The customer service and the actual repairs were outstanding. They gave me an estimate for the cost, and I was expecting a much higher price once they were done. To my great surprise they charged me exactly what they had told me originally. Alan Teasley kept me updated on a daily basis on how the repairs were going. Very professional and pleasant. My car looked brand new once they were done. I will recommend Gerber to every one I know.

With several estimates in hand for the repair of a damaged, rear, sliding door on my Honda Oddysey I chose Gerber based on my first impressions of their professionalism and straight forward answers to my questions. Gerber's front end staff explained the work to be done, steered me through the pricing aspects and gave me an acceptable completion schedule. In a minimum of time I had left my van with them and was on my way home. I was kept informed of progress and the work was completed ahead of the promised schedule. At pick-up the staff pointed out what they had done and patiently helped with my inspections. Again, in no time the paper work was done and I was on my way home with a quality repaired vehicle.
