Samantha is working with the insurance company if the motorist that hit me. She has been extreamly helpful in getting the estimates approved and the rental car covered while the repairs are being completed on my vehicle. She has provided me with status updates and time estimates for the repairs. Should I ever need repair service again, I will return to Gerber

I have used Gerber Collision 3 times in the past year and I have been completely pleased with their service. Their pricing is competitive, their staff is professional and pleasant and they always keep me informed about the status of the repairs. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else.

We had excellent care and attention from Gerber. They were able to replace a front bender in a short amount of time and gave excellent car advice. A week later when the same car was crashed and totalled, they were kind enough to express genuine concern and sympathy. It felt like we were being taken care of instead of just an exchange of services. Pepper was a wonderful help with cleaning out the car and should be rewarded for such persistence and kindness. This Gerber location is an excellent example of a good business.

"We appreciated the service we were given when we brought in our Toyota Highlander on April 19,2012 to replace the front bumper. Steve Ball was very helpful- and we gave our visit a 10! Unfortunately the car was returned on April 23 due to an accident that my daugher was in. Again, Steve Ball worked with us and was very helpful. Kudos to Pepper who was able to jumpstart the battery so my daughter could get her CD"s out including an Italian language Cd for her college class that she needed! Bravo Pepper!"

Representative Ms. Jennifer Kuehl was one of the most efficient, pleasant and personable people that I have encountered in quite some time. Jennifer impressed me the first time I spoke to her on the phone. As a matter of fact, she is the primary reason I chose Gerber to repair my vehicle even though another repair service was closer to my home. I commend and applaud your organization for having had the where-with-all to have such a fine woman as a member of your organization.

I was helped by Chris and Samantha at this location and was offerent some of the best customer service I have recived, in any industry. Chris greated me when I came for my inital quote and he gave me the best price I found and was incredibly helpful and honest. I later came to drop my car off with Samantha and she was likewise as helpful and honest. She walked me through the entire process and even helped give me a ride back to worth. I would never think of going anywhere else in Atlanta!
