We were very satisfied with Gerber. Dennis met us on Monday afternoon February 18, 2013. Hw was very professional, called Enterprise to come pick us up. Started looking at the car checking everything out, when we went outside he explained the items he had found. After this he called to give us the what they would be fixing and the approximate time the car would be ready. It was not ready on that date and called to explain. I could not expect anymore from Dennis. Thank you for the good work. Betty Curry

Dana Breton, Estimator, is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and customer oriented. She was very pleasant when I called to make an appointment. She called the next day to provide me with the status of my vehicle and when I could expect completion of the repair. The repair was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for collision repair. Thank you for your prompt and professional attention to my vehicle.

Gerber Collision of Rome is truly the best of Rome. The General Manager, Mr. Dahlin, kept me informed with every step of the process. He and his staff made me feel very welcomed, comfortable, and a collision center I know I can trust.
