Theresa was wonderful. She was able to setup everything while I was out of the country so that I could drop off my car when I returned. Theresa also worked to provide a repair option so that I didn't have to complete the claim with my insurance. At the end, my vehicle was repaired perfectly, and it cost me less than my deductible. She also had everything handled on the rental car including the return. It could not have been any easier.

Top notch customer service! Shane Boyd, my estimator, did a very good job explaining in detail, what would be done. Updates were sent to my phone daily. They not only did a great job repairing my vehicule, they also completed the job one day early. I will highly recommned them to any body needed glass or body repairs on their vehicule.

The entire Gerber Collision staff was amazing and very patient. Because my accident took place in another state, I had to wait on paperwork before I could have my rear bumper repaired. I took my car in before I went out of town and it was fixed quickly! They even washed and vacuumed my car. I would recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family!

The repair looked great. It took one more day than expected, but I was not inconvienced at all. It would have been better if they tried to contact me on my cell phone to give me updates. They only left messages at my home, and I am not there until late in the evening. I had to call to check on the status of the repair.

My sales representative, Steve Ball, could not have been nicer or more thorough and responsible in his job with my car. I felt that I could trust him to do the best that was needed for the best price from the very beginning. It did take a little longer than I had thought it would, but the results were stupendous. It looked brand new! Very good work done by these skilled craftsmen, for sure. I plan to return later in the year for a few touch up bumps and bruises on the driver's side from parking lots.

I got a call from John at Gerber asking when I could get my car to the shop for the repairs. They took it right in and got started. When I got to the shop Elaina was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She called Enterprise to get my rental car coming to the shop. The manager, Jennifer, came out to introduce herself and go over the process while we went out with John to look over the vehicle. They completed the repairs on time and even delivered the vehicle back to me since I was close by. The entire process was painless and my car looks like it did before the accident. I am very Thankful to the staff at Gerber!!

As a single mother with a full time job, part time student and two young children I put off getting my car fixed after we were hit by another car because I thought I was just too busy and would have to take off the day to get my car repaired. When I realized I could wait no longer I reluctantly went to my manager to let her know I would need the afternoon off to turn my car in. Well, to my surprise from the time I turned my car, met with Mr. Upton and he explained the procedure and I picked up by the car rental was less than 1 hour!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Fortunately, I was able to return to work that same day and save my time for something else... Mr. Mike Upton was thorough in explaining all that had to be done and in the time frame promised...
