I am a very happy and a very impressed customer. I took my Ford Explorer to get an estimate for a scratched flair & a cracked tail light. Mike Upton looked at the areas of concern, gave me a few options & told me I could come back any time; without an appointment and they could take care of me, possibly same day. Mike stated he would match any competitor’s price. I actually left without the feeling of obligation or a rush to return in order to keep a quoted price. I called my husband and discussed the options. We chose to let Gerber Collision in Duluth repair the damages since the costs were good and Mike offered to waive some of the labor since they were doing a couple things to the Explorer. I brought the Explorer in the next morning and Mike Upton was kind enough to bring me to work. I feared the Explorer wouldn’t be done in ... one day, but thankfully by the time I got off work the Explorer was ready and waiting. Gerber Collision in Duluth even cleaned the explorer, inside and out. I was very impressed with the service, price, and treatment. I have told many of my friends of my experience and I will continue spreading the word of my experience. Thank you Mike Upton for doing such a great job taking of the Explorer and making sure that I left a happy customer. I know you weren’t feeling to well that day; however I you made sure I left very satisfied. I came to have a couple of cracks and scratches repaired without insurance coverage. I have insurance of course, however I didn't need to use my insurance for the repairs. The price Mike Upton quoted was reasonable & we were able to get the repairs done the next day. Awesome work RO# 241031127

After hitting a dear with my Maxima going around 70mh, I thought my car was doomed. Not so. These guys not only put this car back together perfectly, they did so while remaining in close contact and giving me no runnaround. Hope I never hit another deer, but if I do, I know where to take my car!
