From my first contact with Gerber, I felt I was working with people who treated me with dignity and respect and who were committed to excellence in the services they provided. Kimberly Christian assessed the damage to my car, prepared an estimate, scheduled an appointment for repairs, then clearly explained all that was to be done. She patiently fielded my questions and helped to alleviate my anxieties about expenses and the inconveniences that accompany repairs necessary ... following a collision. That first contact instilled in me a confidence that I would get the best possible service and indeed, that is exactly what has happened. My car came out of the shop looking brand new. Locally they were too busy to repair my car so it was transported to Cartersville, Georgia. I was dubious a bout it being sent elsewhere. Not to worry, the same great service was available. A very knowledgeable girl, Ashley, helped me a lot and answered all my questions. When it was returned to Kennasaw they checked it over. A very nice girl there took my rental car and delivered my repaired jewel back to me. I highly recommend your company to all my friends.

i was impress with the service and the calls i recieved from Gerber, Gail was the sells rep the called me and she was great. Gail set the appointment up and there was very little waiting, The Shop kept us inform on the repairs, and called us when the work was completed. It was a great experance with Gerber. This recommendation is for the work performed on my vehicle from July 12-25 (RO #: 241101541). Boomer LaChine and Matt Carrier assisted me with the repairs to my vehicle. They were both very professional, courteous, and honest in their assessment of the damages, as well as, the repairs and the time to complete the repairs. Their thorough diligence and rigor throughout the repair process was a vital component to exceeding my expectations and satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to other automobile owners when needed.

This was the greatest and most professional experience I have ever experienced. The group at Gerber in McDonough took great care of me from the start of my unfortunate chance to have to meet up with them. I was involved in a Hit and Run with a Tractor-Trailer and it caused serious damage to the rear quarter-panel of my 2007 Honda Accord. These guys did the most fantastic repair on my baby that I have EVER seen. I have seen a lot of paint and body work over my 53 years, and I must say these guys were the best I have again ever seen. They took exceptional care and made sure my baby was in better shape than when I took her to them in less than a weeks time. The paint, which is silver metallic and really hard to match, is perfect. The attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to get either a collision ... repair or just wanting to have a vehicle repainted to take it to Gerber in McDonough. Mike and his entire crew there were the best cure to a horrible experience on Interstate 75. Thanks to the entire staff and especially the body and paint crew for fixing my baby. read more

I would like to thank the team at Gerber in Rome and Cartersville Georgia for outstanding customer service they provided in the repair of my car after hitting a huge chunk of tire tread on the highway. The incident was scary enough and the damage to my first new car was heart breaking. That was until I took my car in for repair where I was treated with a compassionate and efficient team. Their service made the whole situation just a little bump in the road. Hopefully I never have the need but if I do I will be taking my car back to them. Thank you Buddy and team!

Amazing folks, right from the time I called to make an appointment, I was kept up to date with the procedure, what will the next steps be and what is happening with my case.
