They offer the most complete, timely, and cost friendly service of any body shop I have ever utilized. They are so generous and honest from the front desk personal, to the manager, to the garage personal, all are professional and could not be more friendly and giving with their time and service they provide. Everything handled great. Gerber and USAA have a long relationship and there were no headaches with anything on my end. Jennifer Parker checked me in and ran through the repair procedure and John Murphy oversaw the work done to my vehicle. Gerber even buffed out my clouded head light covers. Nice touch. If I wasn't so annoyed with getting in an accident to begin with, this would have been a very enjoyable experience. Thank you. Vehicle looks great.

I told them that from day one, this is one of 933 Dale Earnhardt trucks ever built and it had better come back right. I'm still dealing with stupid issues!!!

All of the staff that dealt with were very knowledgable, professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Hoping I will not need a collision company again, if I do Gerber will be used.
