GA - 2230 Redmond Circle NW, Rome - 6/15/13

The repair looked great. It took one more day than expected, but I was not inconvienced at all. It would have been better if they tried to contact me on my cell phone to give me updates. They only left messages at my home, and I am not there until late in the evening. I had to call to check on the status of the repair.

My sales representative, Steve Ball, could not have been nicer or more thorough and responsible in his job with my car. I felt that I could trust him to do the best that was needed for the best price from the very beginning. It did take a little longer than I had thought it would, but the results were stupendous. It looked brand new! Very good work done by these skilled craftsmen, for sure. I plan to return later in the year for a few touch up bumps and bruises on the driver's side from parking lots.

I got a call from John at Gerber asking when I could get my car to the shop for the repairs. They took it right in and got started. When I got to the shop Elaina was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She called Enterprise to get my rental car coming to the shop. The manager, Jennifer, came out to introduce herself and go over the process while we went out with John to look over the vehicle. They completed the repairs on time and even delivered the vehicle back to me since I was close by. The entire process was painless and my car looks like it did before the accident. I am very Thankful to the staff at Gerber!!

As a single mother with a full time job, part time student and two young children I put off getting my car fixed after we were hit by another car because I thought I was just too busy and would have to take off the day to get my car repaired. When I realized I could wait no longer I reluctantly went to my manager to let her know I would need the afternoon off to turn my car in. Well, to my surprise from the time I turned my car, met with Mr. Upton and he explained the procedure and I picked up by the car rental was less than 1 hour!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Fortunately, I was able to return to work that same day and save my time for something else... Mr. Mike Upton was thorough in explaining all that had to be done and in the time frame promised... Actually I got my car back a day earlier!! I thank Mr. Upton for valuing my time and ... answering all my questions and concerns. Kimberly at Decatur Gerber is awesome!! I came in for an estimate on a dent and she immediately offered to apply paint to the dent to prevent rust. She gave me an estimate for the future repair and charged nothing for her time and the paint ( which was an exact match!)
