GA - 2441 Cheshire Bridge Rd, Atlanta - 4/19/13

Incredible service and work with amazing turn around time. Had to get a roof replaced after a tree limb fell on my car. The new roof, fixed doors and paint job look great. The body wash and tire shine an unexpected bonus. Also making an extra mention and thanks to Jennifer in the office who handled the claim process from start to finish with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Country Financial Insurance. Seriously, hands down the best and quickest body work on a car I've ever had.

They not only made sure to keep me informed as to what was taking place with my car every step of the way but they listened to my questions and concerns intently during such a busy time in the year. (Georgia had just gone through an experience where we received some hail and I'm sure they had multiple cars in the shop during the time when my car was there) I would like to commend Gerber Collision and Glass for employing such a bright and knowledgeable staff and I look forward to continuing to give you my business when the opportunity presents itself.

I wanted to let someone higher up know how amazing my service experience was this week at the Roswell Location. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning to have some repairs done from a small wreck recently. I immediately was greeted by name from Ashley at the front. She already had Enterprise rental on the phone to come pick me up. The entire process was about 20 minutes from start to finish. Same exact thing today when I went to pick up my car. I am in retail banking where customer service is our #1 priority. I constantly look for great customer service experiences so I can give praise where praise is due. Thank you so much for your friendly and efficient service. I will certainly sing your praises and send you business in the future. I hope you all have a great weekend!

The service was performed at 55 Oak St Roswell, Ga 30075. The workmanship was excellent along with the staff. I was totally blown away when I went to pick up the car, the technician took it upon himself to fix my trunk that wasn't functionally properly and unrelated to the accident. That's going the extra mile. Great job. Would highly recommend this location.

I was sent there by my insurance company to repair my front bumper. I went to some other place to get a second quote, but Gerber's was better. I was told in the other place that I needed to replace the bumper and pay at least $200 more than at Gerber. When I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new, and the staff there was very nice, polite, and helpful. I am very happy with how everything turned out!

I recently went to Gerber because of a scratched fender. The price to fix it professionally was way more than I wanted to spend. One of your estimator's, Kimberly Christian at the Industrial Hwy. location offered to do a paint touch up, did a good job and the fender looks much better. She was a terrific representative for Gerber.

My vehicle had numerous hail dents from a recent storm. My experience with this Gerber location was excellent. I mostly dealt with Jeff Synowiec, who was my original estimator, but I also had some contact with Anthony, the manager. The level of service and attention to detail provided by Jeff was superb and exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass, Jeff, and their staff at the Kennesaw Location, to anyone in need of collision or glass repair . Great job Gerber !
