This recommendation is for the work performed on my vehicle from July 12-25 (RO #: 241101541). Boomer LaChine and Matt Carrier assisted me with the repairs to my vehicle. They were both very professional, courteous, and honest in their assessment of the damages, as well as, the repairs and the time to complete the repairs. Their thorough diligence and rigor throughout the repair process was a vital component to exceeding my expectations and satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to other automobile owners when needed.

This was the greatest and most professional experience I have ever experienced. The group at Gerber in McDonough took great care of me from the start of my unfortunate chance to have to meet up with them. I was involved in a Hit and Run with a Tractor-Trailer and it caused serious damage to the rear quarter-panel of my 2007 Honda Accord. These guys did the most fantastic repair on my baby that I have EVER seen. I have seen a lot of paint and body work over my 53 years, and I must say these guys were the best I have again ever seen. They took exceptional care and made sure my baby was in better shape than when I took her to them in less than a weeks time. The paint, which is silver metallic and really hard to match, is perfect. I would like to thank the team at Gerber in Rome and Cartersville Georgia for outstanding customer service they provided in the repair of my car after hitting a huge chunk of tire tread on the highway. The incident was scary enough and the damage to my first new car was heart breaking. That was until I took my car in for repair where I was treated with a compassionate and efficient team. Their service made the whole situation just a little bump in the road. Hopefully I never have the need but if I do I will be taking my car back to them. Thank you Buddy and team!

Amazing folks, right from the time I called to make an appointment, I was kept up to date with the procedure, what will the next steps be and what is happening with my case. Everyone at the facility was friendly, and courteous. it was like talking to family !. I will certainloy use the facility again, and recommend to friends !. Thanks you for a job well done !.

Theresa was wonderful. She was able to setup everything while I was out of the country so that I could drop off my car when I returned. Theresa also worked to provide a repair option so that I didn't have to complete the claim with my insurance. At the end, my vehicle was repaired perfectly, and it cost me less than my deductible. She also had everything handled on the rental car including the return. It could not have been any easier.

Top notch customer service! Shane Boyd, my estimator, did a very good job explaining in detail, what would be done. Updates were sent to my phone daily. They not only did a great job repairing my vehicule, they also completed the job one day early. I will highly recommned them to any body needed glass or body repairs on their vehicule.

The entire Gerber Collision staff was amazing and very patient. Because my accident took place in another state, I had to wait on paperwork before I could have my rear bumper repaired. I took my car in before I went out of town and it was fixed quickly! They even washed and vacuumed my car. I would recommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family!
