My car was delivered to this location by USAA after I was involved in a five car crash. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Keith Burns did an amazing job of keeping me informed on how the repairs were going and any necessary updates. The young lady who answered the phone, I feel awful that I do not remember her name, was also wonderful whenever I called and always help me very courteously. You can not tell my car was ever involved in an accident and it was done 3 days ahead of schedule. Thank you very much for everybody from Gerber Collision that was involved in getting my car repaired. I will recommend you to anybody I know that has an accident.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass Repair. I was referred to them by my insurance company to repair some body damage from an accident. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, Shane was responsible for the repairs on my car and he constantly provided updates on the progress, my car was even finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely continue to use Gerber in the future.

AMAZING service, I needed my light on my beetle replaced and they did it free of charge because I had the replacement light with me! They have been nothing but helpful. I insisted on paying but they would not let me. Really think these guys are great individuals. Have had previous work there done and they gave me a fair price for the work. Always smiling and always have the work done rapidly.

My name is Zachary Smith and I recently had my 2009 Scion TC repaired at the Gerber Collision at 55 Oak Street, Roswell, Georgia. I had been in a minor accident but my car suffered significant wheel and suspension damages with repairs to the tune $6,000. I can not say enough about how wonderful the employees at that location are. Tammy at the front desk was very worm and welcome to me during the morning of the accident which helped make a tough day a little easier. She was also bright and courtesy on all follow up conversations we had and made sure my questions would be addressed (I'm one of THOSE guys, who asks a lot of questions.) She was great. Secondly, I wanted to thank Ross. I'm not sure of his job title - or last name- but he could not have been more professional or kind when speaking to me on the phone. He provided numerous phone ... updates to relay the status of my car, as well as following up quickly and precisely with my concerns. He is definitely the standard that other employees should strive to be like. He deserves the kudos. Lastly, they gave me an estimate of around 14 working days to perform the needed repairs, so realistically I was expecting at least some delay which typically happens with auto repair. Not only were there no delays, but I was able to pick up my vehicle 2 days before the expected completion date. I am a very pleased customer. My car looks, and drives great, and is cleaner on the inside than it probably has been since I bought it. I'm extremely impressed and pleased with my experience at Gerber, and I wanted to take some time out of my day to let someone know about it. Thank you. read more

I took my car in to be repaired from a accident. When I went in, the people were very nice and friendly.. They came out gave me an estimate of the damages and told me when to bring the car in for service. I took the car in and they told me how long it should take and if it would be longer they would notify me. Kimberly did a wonderful job. They set me up with a rental and everything. The car was ready when she said. WAY TO GO KIMBERLY!!! I would highly recommend you guys. Great Job!
