Everything handled great. Gerber and USAA have a long relationship and there were no headaches with anything on my end. Jennifer Parker checked me in and ran through the repair procedure and John Murphy oversaw the work done to my vehicle. Gerber even buffed out my clouded head light covers. Nice touch. If I wasn't so annoyed with getting in an accident to begin with, this would have been a very enjoyable experience. Thank you. Vehicle looks great.
