I can honestly say they give great service because this was the 3rd time I have gone to them over the past 10 years to get my car repaired. I go to them because they are reliable, have years of experience and I have never had any problems with them regarding payment. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, they even stayed till 6:00 pm one time to allow me to pick up my car because I get off work the same time they close 5:00pm. Thanks Gerber.

I called on 2/15 about a window that needed to be replaced and was told that it may take 3-5 days to come in but to my surprise it was in on 2/18. After a million and 1 calls to Keith and Anthony, they never allowed their nerves get the best of them! With all of my questions, they were very patient with me. I wasn't sure which body shop to use, but I decided to go with Gerber solely because of its proximity to where I live. I'm glad I did because I received 5-star service. Kimberly was the estimator who helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable, and equally importantly, personable. I received outstanding customer service from her and Gerber Collision. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and got it back on Monday, on which she called in the morning, giving me plenty of time to plan for pickup later in the day. I won't even consider going anywhere else in the future for any auto repairs unless the insurance company picking up the bill dictates that I do so. I'm so hung up on the good service that I forgot to talk about the results - my car was returned to me in excellent condition, and the repairs made it like new. Gerber provided a ... painless and fast solution to my auto repair problem. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you all, and keep up the great work! read more
