My profession is running a sales staff and servicing clients. I can't tell you how impressed I was by the folks at Gerber. My estimator was Kimberly Christian and she was amazing at her job. Clear, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. She stayed until 6:15 tonight to let me get my car and when i arrived, she was there with a smile and even washed my car! She's so good, I just might have to recruit her to come work for me (just kidding!) All in all, I will ALWAYS go back to you guys! Kimberly was the best and I feel lucky to have got her as my estimator.

Kimberly was a great to work with! She was able to take care of every request I made and the car was spotless when I got it back. They were also able to get the car back to us in half of the estimated time! Great experience...Hopefully I won't need a collision shop anytime soon, but if I do I'll know where to go. Thanks!

GA - Mobile Glass Services - 11/21/13

I am so pleased. We had our car broken into and the glass broken out on the rear driver side and I needed it fixed quickly. I was given an appointment for the next day at our house and Mike replaced the window expertly. He was very diligent about getting the tiny pieces of broken glass out of the door. Also, I didn't hear his calls to my cell when he was done, so even though he didn't have to (I advised him where he could leave the key) he made the difficult trip up our steep steps to our house to let me know and return the key.

I was totally satisfied with my experience at Gerber in Cartersville, Ga. Ashley was wonderful to me and her communication skills are top notch. She kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was A+++. You can not tell I was in an accident. The paint matches perfectly and the gaps are in line. Thank you for the great job. If I ever need any repairs in the future I will certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend the shop to anyone.

I can do nothing but brag about the service I received from Gerber Collision. State Auto told me this was the place and I wasn't sure what to think. Dennis was absolutely FANTABULOUS. He called and kept me posted as to the progress of my car. I felt like I was the only person that he was dealing with, however I know that is not true. My car looked brand new when I picked it up.
