I have had work done at the Kennesaw location several times and I have always been very satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism. I was particularly impressed with the commitment to customer service that I experienced during the last job that I had done there. It's been my experience that the team at Gerber's Kennesaw facility truly go all out to provide the highest level of quality workmanship and customer service and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for collision repairs.

I brought my car in after a hit and run and I was really frustrated but the staff made me feel at home. The staff was fast, proficient and really knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with the progress that was going and immediately notified me when it was finished. My car looked as good as new. I definitely wouldn't trust my car to anyone else and give them a two thumbs up!!!

My contact person was Sharon who made the appt; she who was very polite/business-like and knowledgeable of her duties when speaking to me on the phone three different times. The service rep is named Bruce K. He handled repair of my side view mirror from the first time I spoke to him until the repair was completed IN THE TIME HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE, always being professional and courteous. Bruce explained the repair needed, what was needed to get it done, how long it would take and the cost of the repair. This was the third time I've taken my auto to Gerber and definitely will go there again. And, needless to say, will recommend Gerber, will for Bruce. What I really noticed and particularly liked was when I returned to retrieve my auto, I was not pushed off to another person; was told to wait a few minutes for Bruce speak to with me. It WAS ... a few minutes!. Bruce asked if I wanted to see the repair before I I paid the bill. Again, I found this unusual from other businesses that worked on my Nissan. How refreshing to do business with a company/people who demonstrates what they say!. Way to go Gerber Collision and Glass. Angela L read more
