I called on 2/15 about a window that needed to be replaced and was told that it may take 3-5 days to come in but to my surprise it was in on 2/18. After a million and 1 calls to Keith and Anthony, they never allowed their nerves get the best of them! With all of my questions, they were very patient with me. The time for replacement was quick and the customer service was exemplary! I will refer you 100 times over! Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass!

I wasn't sure which body shop to use, but I decided to go with Gerber solely because of its proximity to where I live. I'm glad I did because I received 5-star service. Kimberly was the estimator who helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable, and equally importantly, personable. I received outstanding customer service from her and Gerber Collision. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and got it back on Monday, on which she called in the morning, giving me plenty of time to plan for pickup later in the day. I won't even consider going anywhere else in the future for any auto repairs unless the insurance company picking up the bill dictates that I do so. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that want their cars to be fixed quickly and properly. I recently had my BMW being fixed at Gerber, the staffs in here (especially Matt) are all willing to go beyond their ordinary duties in order to give me an extremely satisfy experience. I am very happy with my car now, it looks even newer than before!
