GA - 2395 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw - 3/13/14

Over the past years we've had a couple repairs that we trusted Gerber with, who were recommended to us by our insurance. Gerber has always been reliable with excellent work, and they do the repairs as quickly as possible, and they stand behind their work. They keep you informed with either phone calls or texts during the process, all personnel we've had contact with was professional and friendly. While it's never a good experience having any type of damage on your vehicle, at least you'll know you're in great hands at this location. Thanks Matthew, Keith, Anthony and Miranda!

Just wanted to say that Sara P. and Brian ( I believe ) Lake were fantastic to deal with. This includes 'under-promising and over-delivering' in a big way. I was working on a timeline and they exceeded that timeline by 24 hours with daily communication to tell me the progress they were making. If I need additional work on a vehicle...This will be my location of choice! PS: the work was Fantastic as Well...

Everyone I that I encountered, spoke with, or dealt with was very pleasant. Emily followed up on the progress as promised. Nancy was very helpful and approachable. Brad went that extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. We've had repairs done here in the past which is why I chose this location for this repair. I will certainly recommend this location to friends and family. I will also choose this location for future repairs! Customer service is important to me as I deal with people all day every day. The level of customer service provided increased my confidence in Gerber. Not that I lacked any confidence mind you. Great job on the repair also! I neglected to give KUDOS

The work was estimated to take 2 days but was completed in one day. The cost of the job was 39% less at Gerber than at another popular collision center in GA where I had the said work done only 2 weeks earlier. Thank you for this opportunity to share my discovery.

I can honestly say they give great service because this was the 3rd time I have gone to them over the past 10 years to get my car repaired. I go to them because they are reliable, have years of experience and I have never had any problems with them regarding payment. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, they even stayed till 6:00 pm one time to allow me to pick up my car because I get off work the same time they close 5:00pm. Thanks Gerber.
