I was in one car accident with a cement post when I was out of town on vacation. As soon as I called insurance company they told me that Gerber was their preferred company and so when I got home when straight to Gerber on Monday and they promised me my car by Friday and it was ready on Thursday. I was very very pleased with workmanship and the way the staff treated me and kept me informed. a very professional company and would recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank Rae for handling my rental reimbursement with the insurance company. I had been going back and forth with them since they wanted more information and invoices. Rae handled everything and kept me informed daily. She is such a pleasure to work with and has a great personality. Finally after a week everything was settled and I have been paid for the rental. Without her help I would still be dealing with them.

This was the best repair job I've ever seen in 40 years! My 2007 Toyota Corolla looks as good as when I drove it home after buying it. I'm amazed at just how good a job your employees did on repairing my car. This was also the least stressful repair job I've ever had. Your estimator, Emily M., was in contact with me throughout the repair process keeping me informed of the progress being made on the repairs, discussing the repairs with me, and answering any questions I had. Because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at the Douglasville, GA location I will be bringing all my future business to Gerber Collision and Glass; and if the need arises, I look forward to dealing with Emily Maxson in the future.

Melanie & Ashley were amazing!! Customer Service is outstanding. They kept in touch throughout the process, very informative. Made me feel like my business was really appreciated. I was a little disappointed that my bumper was repaired instead of replaced, but that was a misunderstanding on my part. When we looked at the car initially, I was under the impression that it couldnt be repaired. When Ashley sent me the estimates, I didnt read them, it did say repair bumper & not new bumper. Ashley reassured me of the lifetime warranty & answered all of my questions when I picked up my car. You have 2 wonderful assets to your Company in these two:)

Great customer service. My mother's car had a rub mark from paint on it and we thought the bumper needed to be repainted or replaced because we couldn't clean it. The gentleman in the office that helped us, I'm sorry but I didn't get his name, just went and put some chemical on a rag and hand wiped the surface clean in about a minute. There was no charge and it looked almost new except for the minor scratches embedded in the bumper. He just recommended that we wax the area and we would be all set. We appreciated the honesty and willingness to help even though there was no money to be made on the service. We offered to pay something but he refused to take anything. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a repair.

The service from Bobby when I first arrived was like he really cared about me and getting my vehicle repaired. He was very informative and knowledgeable.The estimator, Dennis was helpful of letting me know all of what was going on with my vehicle and informing me of the stages of repair it was in. When I did receive my vehicle, I was surprised to see that even the inside was cleaned and vacuumed. Bobby also went through the list of what was repaired and informed me of the warranty on the repairs. I am glad I went to Gerber.

AWESOME job, from the greeting when I first came in to the ride home, & the extra touch-up at pick-up time. The text messages alerting of the progress was also an added bonus to this stellar service. Special thanks to Brad, Emily & either Greg or Gary, can remember the guy's name that Emily brought out to touch up some stuff on the truck. All in all a FANTASTIC JOB & I'm very pleased with the truck. Gerber is my collision repair place going forward.
