I had the best experience with Gerber Collison at the Alpharetta location. I needed a new car door for the passenger rear side and they gave me an excellent price and did a fantastic job. It really exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I chose Gerber to do this job for me. I worked specifically with Steve B. and he did the best job and treated me with the utmost respect and care. I was highly pleased with the service I received from this body shop. With Jason keeping in touch with me during the repair and discussing the work performed when I went to pick up my car with both Jason and Steve B. All min all it was a pleasant experience with these two men. The detail on my car was super excellent. Hopefully I hope I never have another collision but if I do I will take it back to this shop.

I am so pleased with the way this location has kept me informed about my vehicle. Leland has been absolutely wonderful. He has kept me totally informed about the status of my vehicle on a daily bases. He has called me sometimes twice a day and it has made me feel so comfortable. I really love my car and having it repaired at Gerber in McDonough, Ga. has relieved me of a lot of stress. I've dealt with other companies before but I've never received this type of customer care or service ever. Gerber in McDonough, Ga. seems to genuinely care about it customers, and is very sympathetic and that makes me feel wonderful. Thanks so much Gerber. I will be telling friends, family, and co-workers of this experience. "Leland" is a great at his job. He is caring and very competent............ THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

What a great place to go after a collision!! While waiting to make a turn, in my 2012 Chevy Equinox, I was rear-ended which resulted in extensive damage to the back of my vehicle. Also, as a result of the accident, the air bag system, the seat belts, the door locks and multiple other parts required replacement, service and/or repair. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper given that my vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the impact! However, I cannot say enough about the awesome customer service and workmanship of the Roswell location of Gerber Collision! What an wonderful team of individuals who not only kept me informed throughout the repair process, but who also went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Emily remained in regular contact with me, updating me on the status of my vehicle and the parts ordered. They even managed to complete the repairs a week before the projected completion date. I will use this same Gerber location for any future car issues I have.

Leland greeted me when I arrived to drop my car off. He was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning, Progressive came out on Wednesday morning and I picked up my car on Friday afternoon. Leland again greeted me and went over what they had done to my car and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. My car looks great! Leland as well as the other employees I came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Gerber Collission in McDonough.

My Insurance Company did not pay for this, as I did not report when someone sideswiped me, so I paid for everything myself. My service person, Emily M., was there to assist me in this process, every step of the way and to make me happy. She is definitely customer oriented and very professional and caring at the same time. She drove me home and then picked me up with a smile. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service provider. She deserves lots of stars and a raise!
