Fantastic service. My vehicle was fully repaired within the same week that I dropped it off. It was so fast that it was surprising. I was helped out by Sarah. She was very helpful and even offered to stay after hours so that I could drop off my car. 5 stars. I am definitely coming back.

Keith B., Kennesaw Mgr has repaired this car twice before, both rear-end collisions inflicted by other people. This time, the fault was mine, but the process between USAA and Gerber Collision was unchanged - superb, timely, and professional. Repair time from delivery to retrieval - one week. Detail of work andd quality of work - excellant. Thank you.

I had such a wonderful experience with Gerber after my Jeep was damaged in an accident. I mainly worked with Stephanie- and she was simply amazing. She was helpful, patient and friendly. She made it a point to make sure my husband (who was out of town during the time of the repairs) was kept in the loop, which was huge for both of us. The communication and updates we were given throughout the process was superb. One of the days my car was there Stephanie was out of the office, so I worked with Heather- and she was just as wonderful to work with. Gerber went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied with the work our Jeep had done. Our car looks as good as new and the great customer service made our experience a positive one. You guys rock- true pros! Thank you!

I don't have enough nice things to say about my experience. I dropped off my van Monday morning. The estimate suggested it would take 7-10 days, but Keith B. called me Wednesday afternoon to say I could pick it up any time. Since my three carseat aged children were squeezed into the backseat of a Santa Fe, we were very grateful for the quick turn around. The work looks great and they even detailed it for me!
