My collision repair was very extensive and when the work was completed it looked like a brand new car. I was so amazed and satisified of them going above and beyond that they treated my car as if it was there own. They always kept me updated as the repairs were being done. The also have AWESOME customer service. Especially Jeffery F. the gentlemen that always kept in contact with me. I whole heartly recommend them. And can't thank them enough. Great service from Keith B.. As promised, the damage estimate was done quickly and I was in and out in no time. Because of unforseen circumstances, my rental car was cancelled, but the front office staff arranged for Enterprise pickup within 30 minutes of my arrival. The work was completed in a day and a half, rather than the initial estimate of up to 3 days. Email updates kept me informed on what the status was. Overall, great service by all personnel with whom I came in contact.

This is my second time coming to Gerber at the Decatur location and I will never go to another auto repair place. I was in an accident at 7:45 AM on a Saturday, and by 11:30 AM, I was on my way to work in a rental car. They work seamlessly with my insurance and have a great relationship with the car rental location. The individuals were friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable. During the repair process, I appreciated the frequent contact and clear communications about the costs, etc... After nearly $7,500 in repairs, I left very happy with my vehicle (which is saying something!). I'm not one to leave embellished, over-the-top reviews, but this is a GREAT auto shop. My wife and I own a 2006 Honda Accord, we had minor accident in which the rear bumper needed to be replaced and painted. We also had some minor dings and scratches on the front bumper, not from the accident. Our insurance co. recommended Collision as their preference for the repairs, and we are glad they did! We have dealt with many repair shops over the years but this was by far the best experience we've had. First they did an excellent job repairing our car! The matching of paint was perfect and the repair to the front bumper far exceeded my expectations! The other impressive thing was the time it took to return our car, we expected at least four to five days. It was only two days and the car was ready, a day before it was promised! I have had work done at the Kennesaw location several times and I have always been very satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism. I was particularly impressed with the commitment to customer service that I experienced during the last job that I had done there. It's been my experience that the team at Gerber's Kennesaw facility truly go all out to provide the highest level of quality workmanship and customer service and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for collision repairs.

I brought my car in after a hit and run and I was really frustrated but the staff made me feel at home. The staff was fast, proficient and really knowledgeable. They kept me up to date with the progress that was going and immediately notified me when it was finished. My car looked as good as new. I definitely wouldn't trust my car to anyone else and give them a two thumbs up!!!
